One has to give the artist Christine Rosamond credit for promoting the Boho look, along with Marilyn Reed, and Gloria Ehlers. Marily made the Boho dress she wore at my wedding, and Gloria made the Boho shirt I wore at Christine’s wedding. Gloria made the skirt she wore at the wedding from my design. In the past I have posted on Kate Moss and her promoter, Philip Green. Kate is Britain’s Queen of Boho Chic.
At this time I am bid to challenge Pynchon, insist he come out of hiding and admit the truth, being, Thomas did not run with the beautiful Boho people due to his buck teeth, so he invented Boho playmates. However, he did live with my ex-wife in Mexico for two years. Mary Ann told me he had no friends, but for Richard and Mimi Farina who were the vanguard of beautiful Bohemian people. The, Richard was killed in a motorcycle accident leaving Mimi the most beautiful and tragic woman in the world. But, being tragic was not hip in the hippie world that failed to come to terms with Beautiful Women, and thus focussed on hard drugging rock and roll stars with long hair. For sure I looked the part, and if I had persued my drum and guitar playing, then I would have become propped up on stage while my mind and soul wandered, doing my best to ignore my pockets are being stuffed with cold hard cash. True Bohemians are not whores.
“Life imitates art.” It is time for Pynchon to retire as the world’s foremost Beat (Bohemian) Writer, or, join forces with me and together we go forth to tackle the Real Mysteries that is gathering all the Beautiful Royalty in the Tower of the Eight Beauties. This is to say, there is an ancient beauty contest going on not like the one that occurred in Troy. Paris had to have her so he could be the big winner in the Hellenized world.

We didn’t have to wait long: Charlotte Casiraghi’s first “Forever Now” ad for Gucci debuted Tuesday, and as expected, it’s especially pretty. Casiraghi is from a long line of beauties, including her grandmother, Princess Grace of Monaco, and her mother Princess Caroline, who both modeled for magazines.
Appropriately, the competitive equestrian was photographed (by Peter Lindbergh) in front of a stable for her first campaign, a nod to her work and founder Guccio Gucci’s fascination with the art of riding, according to a release.
“[Charlotte] not only embodies the beauty and the grace of the equestrian, but is also a wonderful ambassador for the sport,” Gucci creative director Frida Giannini — who’s designed Casiraghi’s riding outfits in the past — said in the release. “I am delighted to be able to celebrate Gucci’s icons of heritage with someone who is so connected to the history and essence of this house. Charlotte brings the spirit of Gucci to life so elegantly.”
The model sounds equally smitten. “I admire Frida’s talent as a designer,” she added in the release, “and she has really managed to reinvent the codes of Gucci by giving them a modern twist and timeless elegance.”
Casiraghi’s ads will appear in newspapers and magazines beginning Wednesday; her relationship with the brand will last at least two years, and as part of her campaign, she’ll be shot by three more of the world’s most respected fashion photographers in a series of elegant sittings. Tell us: What do you think of Casiraghi’s first Gucci ad?

Near the beginning of The Crying of Lot 49, Oedipa recalls a trip to an art museum in Mexico with Inverarity during which she encounters a painting: Bordando el Manto Terrestre by Remedios Varo. The painting shows eight women inside a tower, where they are presumably held captive. Six maidens are weaving a tapestry that flows out of the windows. The tapestry seems to constitute the world outside of the tower. Oedipa’s reaction to the tapestry gives us some insight into her difficulty in determining what is real and what is a fiction created by Inverarity for her benefit.
She had looked down at her feet and known, then, because of a painting, that what she stood on had only been woven together a couple thousand miles away in her own tower, was only by accident known as Mexico, and so Pierce had taken her away from nothing, there’d been no escape.
[edit] California Gold Rush
The significance of the number 49 within the novel cannot be placed for sure, but, as the book is preoccupied with the theme of communications, the year 1849 would seem to be a possible reason for the title’s choice. In 1849, the second year of the California Gold Rush, vast quantities of telecommunications equipment, including a private mail system, were rolled out to support those rushing to California.[9]
“Since 1959, many people have attempted to fathom this enigmatic
secret. Having lived around the castle of Arginy, I am aware that
many curious, painful and sometimes dangerous things happen every
time someone tries to grasp the terrible secret. Local folklore has
it that only one person is designated and recognised by the deceased
Templars to have access to them without risk to his or her life. The
tradition thus reactivated, it is claimed that the Order shall rise
from its ashes towards a higher and more certain glory.
Perhaps the French author Robert Charroux found the key when he
deciphered this passage from Breyer’s book: “Think hard: the great
art is Knowledge.”
Kate Tops Vanity Fair’s Best-Dressed List

Guess that $55,000 was well worth it! The Duchess of Cambridge tops the Vanity Fair best-dressed list this year, nabbing a spot for the third year in a row.
The magazine lauds Kate’s recognition of British designers — Alexander McQueen, Alice Temperley and Matthew Williamson among them — as well as her ability to mix high- and lower-end styles.
Joining Kate is her brother-in-law, Prince Harry, who makes the list for the first time ever (sadly, Prince William is not named). Rounding out the famous royals is Monaco’s Charlotte Casiraghi, daughter of Princess Caroline.
There’s major Hollywood representation on the roster, as well: newcomer Jessica Chastain also lands atop the list, joined by Diane Kruger (making it for a second time), Fan Bingbing, plus Colin Firth and his eco-conscious wife, Livia. Jay-Z and Alicia Keys represent the music world, while New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady and New York Giants wide receiver Victor Cruz earn props for their off-field looks.
Matt Lauer, Alice + Olivia’s Stacey Bendet and designer Stella McCartney are also applauded for their senses of style. The September 2012 issue of Vanity Fair hits newsstands nationwide on Aug. 7; to see the full list, click here. Tell us: Do you think Kate deserves top honors? The Sovereign Order of the Solar Temple (OSTS) was the exoteric
result of the initiates’ constant participation in events that
transpired at the castle. The Order elected its first Grand Master in
1966 and announced its existence the following year in the form of an
association. The Order was officially recognised by Prince Rainier
III of Monaco, the location of the Order’s official headquarters.
Book publishing is one of its functions.
The OSTS was the inspiration for most neo-Templar orders that have
subsequently seen the light of day, including the already mentioned
Order of the Solar Temple, but also the Renovated Order of the
Temple, the ORT. Researchers investigating these orders claim to have
found evidence that they are closely connected to extreme right-wing
circles, particularly the Italian Propaganda Due, P2. Even if this is
correct, it should be noted that from its inception the OSTS seems to
have been of a totally different calibre. Indeed, it is more likely
that any such links were merely the result of certain people’s
interest in Breyer’s works and his organisation.
For two years now I have been looking at the name Fromond de
Dramelay who married a “dame de Rougemont”. He is shown in many
genealogies (including a Rougemont chart) to be the son of Amedee,
the Archbishop of Besancon, which is located fifty miles or so from
Rougemont in the Franche-Comte where it is said Bernard was born.
His father was named Humbert. All the Humbert names I have found on
the net belong to the Ferrette/Rougemont family. Several Rougemonts
were the Archbishops of Besancon.
The Templars were also in possession of the Shroud of Turin that was
given to Amedee by Othen de la Roche (of the small rock). It has
been concluded that Bernard de Tramelay is the related to Amedee.
The de la Roche family is kin to the Rougemont and Dramelay family.
j.
Jean de Montreaux (Montrose) married Marguerite de Rougemont. Jean
is a Ferrette who built Montreux castle that is fifty miles from
Rougemont. Their daughter Alix married Fromond of Saint-Loup where
the Templars are said to have brought their treasure. The Marquis
d’Auxelles came to live in the rebuilt castle of Rougemont. Chambrun
d’Uxeloup de Rougemont bought Arginy castle and began to look for
the lost Templar treasure. The name Uxeloup come from Saint-Loup and
Auxelles a castle that was built by the Ferrette family who dwelt in
Rougemont castle. Members of the ‘Arginy Renaissance’ are said to be
descendants from Knight Templars, even a Grand Master in regards to
Guillaume de Beajeau, but, I suspect this group knew who Bernard
Tramelay was…..and what he captured at Ascalon?
Marguerite de Saint Loup d’Auxelles married Thibaut 4 of Rougemont.
Richard d’Auxelles married Thibaut’s daughter, Helvuis, whose
grandfather was Humbert. This Humbert appears to be the Archbishop
of Besancon, a name that means “house of light”. Here is a quote
about the Rougemonts and Counts of Champagne who commisioned some of
the Grail legends; “By skillful policy, “always acquiring never
alienating” the family formed matrimonial alliances with the great
families, Montbeliard, Commercy, Chatteauvillian, Geroldseck, Chalon-
Auxere, Montague, Ray, Rougemont, Joinville, and Grandson.”
Shround of Turin and Knights of Saint-George
The Knights of Saint-George met at Rougemont Castle and had a room
in a tower in Besancon. The Archbishop of Besancon resided over a
ritual there that involved ceratin relics. Was the Shroud of Turnin
one of them?
“A room in the tower of Montmartin was granted to him by a treaty
with the town of Besancon, as well as the exemption of the housing
of people of war for the knights residing in Besancon. The knights
of Saint-George were besides only noble city of Besancon has to
profit from this inappreciable privilege.
