The True Motive For Jesus’ Arrest

“Now this he did not say on his own authority; but being high priest that year he prophesied that Jesus would die for the nation, and not for that nation only, but also that He would gather together in one the children of God who were scattered abroad. Then, from that day on, they plotted to put Him to death.”

Why wasn’t Lazarus arrested and put on trial, after all, he is playing a hoax on the people of Judea, too! If you are going to convict Jesus of resurrecting the dead, then you want Lazarus’ testimony – before you go after Jesus! Consider the boy blind at birth brought before the chief of priests.

There is no account of Lazarus’ second death, or, what he did after Jesus awoke from the dead, like the saints in Matthew 27:53. What became of these resurrected saints? Were they arrested for performing another, and even more elaborate hoax? Paul makes no mention of these walking dead. Why?

27:48 And straightway one of them ran, and took a spunge, and filled it with vinegar, and put it on a reed, and gave him to drink.
27:49 The rest said, Let be, let us see whether Elias will come to save him.
27:50 Jesus, when he had cried again with a loud voice, yielded up the ghost.
27:51 And, behold, the veil of the temple was rent in twain from the top to the bottom; and the earth did quake, and the rocks rent;
27:52 And the graves were opened; and many bodies of the saints which slept arose,
27:53 And came out of the graves after his resurrection, and went into the holy city, and appeared unto many.
27:54 Now when the centurion, and they that were with him, watching Jesus, saw the earthquake, and those things that were done, they feared greatly, saying, Truly this was the Son of God.
27:55 And many women were there beholding afar off, which followed Jesus from Galilee, ministering unto him:

Then there is the matter of Elijah and his disciple resurrecting the dead, thus, why would Jews be upset about the resurrection of Lazarus and Jesus? How would Jews believing in the raising of the dead bring the Romans to take away the nation of Israel – and the temple – from the Jews.

If I were King Agrippa, I would ask Paul if it was true, that Jesus was the Good Shepherd whose main mission was to bring the Lost Sheep of God home to Judea, and thus he anointed Disciples to help him in this Great Commission of God?

I would then ask Paul, why his personal mission is against the Will of Jesus, and God, in that he murdered Jewish teachers and saints of ‘The Way’ (home) and preached against this Judaic mission – cutting out all Jews in this master plan, the plot, that threatened Rome, and thus was opposed by the chief priest, and the Pharisees – who were friends of the Romans!

“Now this he did not say on his own authority; but being high priest that year he prophesied that Jesus would die for the nation, and not for that nation only, but also that He would gather together in one the children of God who were scattered abroad. Then, from that day on, they plotted to put Him to death.”

Lazarus was a side and freak show, employed by Paul to distract attention away from the Apostles of Jesus, and John the Bpatist, who were gathering together a million Jews that lived in the Diaspora, in another Exodus to the Promised Land so as to establish a New Kingdom of God! Throwing the false priesthood out of the temple was on the top of the list. Oh, and raising a million man army to defeat the Roman pagan god-man slave Master – who ruled the Jews with an iron fist!

Paul was the ‘Dark Prince’.

I was once dead, but, now I can see – THE TRUTH! God restored my life so I can prepare ‘The Way’ again!

    Why didn’t Jews and Gentiles wonder if Lazarus was ‘The Son of God’? After all, only gods lived forever, were impervious to death. For asking good question my grandson is taken out of my life and I am called a “parasite” by a drunken lout who is screwing my daughter out of wedlock. He got laid for free, and is out of her life after spending all her money.
