In December of 2000 I founded a yahoogroup titled ‘Rennes Le Hoax’. I hade been banned from several groups that were dedicated to milking the Holy Blood, Holy Grail – cow! I brought my own milk-cow to the feeding frenzy, and even a female dragon, which I milked in front of everyone. There were no – drinkers! They called me – MAD! Not only was I banned, kept from giving my opinions, somemore, one group moderator went into the archives and wiped out my posts in order to punish me, make me pay for my marching to a different drummer.
I was drummed out of the bloody core! I was kicked out of the giant feathered nest bed at Rennes Chateau, because I was DISAGREEABLE to the Group Grope into an area that was highly questionable – and fanciful! I wasn’t buying the lineage from Mary and Jesus because I found no evidence of it – and I looked – real hard! Others jumped on the bandwagon, had no knowledge, and were treated with great respect.
With the revelation that Ben Hammott played a huge hoax on the grand crowd at Rennes Chateau, one can say, Ben wet the grand feathered bed – and ruined it for all!
Ruined what? There was nothing there to ruin. There is no need to panic, everyone can get back in bed – FOR IT WAS THE GODS THAT WET THE BED AT RENNES CHATEAU!
As for Ben, he is a typical Redactor that come along and alter the original core premise – for God knows what reason! Redcators have had their way with both books of the Bible, and they have gotten away with bloody murder, because there was no one there to stop them! If I was not banned to Rennes oblivion (along with Paul Smith) then I would surely have spoken up, put my two cents in, and blow away the carefully directed Holy Smoke that is made to hover and linger about the latest Blessed Revelation and Messenger.
However, there does exist a GIANT HUMAN PEE STAIN on these matters – HUMAN CENSORSHIP – that with outstanding Human elegance, was pointed out by a human named Gordonach – who got it right! He is a light unto us all. Gordonach plants an outstanding flag in these matters when he fights for our right – TO LIE!
There might not exist a means to determine whether the gods have been lying to us (all along) but, we humans do have the means to determine when mere mortals are lying to us. Let us not remove this proven method, or we all will be in deep doo-doo, instead of lying down in a bed of roses!
It is these pee-stains that I study, because lies can be like stepping stones to the Truth – that is being censored by the Lie. There exist no ancient truth that has not been pissed on – but good!

Because the moderators and their lackeys have decided to remove our
right to free speech, freedom of thought, freedom of expression,
freedom to lie, freedom to tell the truth AND our freedom to
determine our own understanding of what we read, see and experience.
Dear members don’t believe the Internet today is a platform for free
speech, 20 years ago maybe so, but not today while ‘the big money’
has control of our lives.
I want to hear what every group member has to say and then to
determine by myself what is the truth, lies or circumstantial
propositions. Each member has the right to his own understanding in
what he believes. But how dare you take away my right to read each
members posting.
In the short period I have been ‘lurking on this group’ (in order to
gain further understanding of the mysteries I have read all postings
in the archives), I have gained some further understanding of the
mysteries, read the lies, read the truth’s and read the personal
agenda’s of the generous members of this group. This does not mean
that I believe in ALL or disbelieve in ALL that has been written, but
some has been interesting and it is my right to decide what to
digests or discard.
So please treat ALL the list members as mature well meaning members,
RE-INSTATE the removed postings and stop behaving like spoilt
children who can’t get their own way (or belief’s accepted by all).
Otherwise this group will never progress in enlightening us in its
mysteries. It will only serve as a vehicle for a few members to push
their belief systems upon others, and we have had enough of that
during the past millennia, or for them to gain information for their
own selfish egos. Besides, what’s to be gained in solving the mystery
or tracing some bloodline to the numerous claimants’? Big deal, nice
story, It won’t change my life or this rotten world we habitat. Its
just Interesting, that’s all, once solved, if ever, we can move on to
the multitude of other mysteries we cannot perceive in our current
state of understanding.
This is my first posting and probably my last. I’m not an historian,
researcher or student in these matters, so I doubt that I can
contribute to the leaning at hand. However I’m keen to learn and
follow your progress in the mysteries.
So don’t bother flaming me, criticizing my spelling or grammar (as is
the typical response in this group, this is just an e-mail, not a
term paper) it won’t provoke me into a response, but please continue
with your on topic postings of your knowledge and research for us all
to share, after all that is the main purpose of an internet based
discussion group – to share our knowledge.

On occasion, the persons performing the redaction (the redactors) add brief elements of their own. The reasons for doing so are varied and can include the addition of elements to adjust the underlying conclusions of the text to suit the redactor’s opinion, adding bridging elements to integrate disparate stories, or the redactor may add a frame story, such as the tale of Scheherazade which frames the collection of folk tales in The Book of One Thousand and One Nights.
Sometimes the source texts are interlaced, particularly when discussing closely related details, things, or people. This is common when source texts contain alternative versions of the same story, and slight alterations are often made in this circumstance, simply to make the texts appear to agree, and thus the resulting redacted text appear to be coherent. Such a situation is proposed by the documentary hypothesis, which proposes that multiple redactions occurred during the creation of the Torah, often combining texts, which have rival political attitudes and aims, together; another example is the Talmud.
Redactional processes are documented in numerous disciplines, including ancient literary works and biblical studies. Much has been written on the role of redaction in creating meaning for texts in various formats.
