Liberated at Seventeen

Here is a photo of me taken just after I returned from New York where I worked at Yale Trucking. I was also the second chef at the Avenue O Jewish Center. I was seventeen. I believe this was taken in August of 65. I would soon get a job at May Co. and live a block from the beach in Santa Monica.
