Franklin Graham Abandoning the Republican Party

Jesus said, “Take these things away; stop making My Father’s house a place of business.”…

Donald Trump has turned the abolitionist party founded by my kin into a place of business. Franklin and his religious loons should be taxed. The secular national budget is none of their Goddamn Business, nor our genitalia. Stay out of our crotch area, and our wallets unless you want us the tax the hell out of you and your Trump Loven Tax Dodgers! What gives them the right? Jesus was not a Moral Cop who died for our sex sins.

I have declared myself a Prophet and Go’el Redeemer of the Republican party. Franklin is a bad fortune cookie. Nothing he asked Jesus to come do, got done! Jesus and God do not hear Franklin’s prayers. He is a dud firecracker with no pop!  Good riddance! I predict there is going to be a mass Exodus of evangelicals from the Republican Party.

Get out of my kindred’s party before I take a bullwhip to ya!

RNS) Evangelist Franklin Graham has announced he is abandoning the Republican Party in disgust over the move by the GOP-led Congress last week to pass a budget that Graham said was “wasteful” and provided funding for Planned Parenthood, which he compared to the Nazis.

“There are wrongs against people that are not viewed as crimes or
civil wrongs by human law. Perhaps the Torah is saying that even when
society provides no redeemer – no redress – God still acts as
redeemer. There is, nevertheless, a higher justice.”

Graham has previously said he has no faith in any political party, but his apparent renunciation of his Republican affiliation is an indication of anger on the right and the strong interest many disaffected evangelicals have shown in populist outsiders such as Donald Trump.

Graham himself has expressed admiration for Trump, the surprise front-runner in the Republican presidential field, and has voiced support for some of Trump’s more controversial positions — such as his call to ban Muslims from the U.S. — which have drawn condemnation from more mainstream evangelical leaders.

14And He found in the temple those who were selling oxen and sheep and doves, and the money changers seated at their tables. 15And He made a scourge of cords, and drove them all out of the temple, with the sheep and the oxen; and He poured out the coins of the money changers and overturned their tables; 16and to those who were selling the doves He said, “Take these things away; stop making My Father’s house a place of business.”…

The federal government provides $528 million in funding for Planned Parenthood — about 40 percent of the organization’s annual budget — primarily through payments to Medicaid for health services for low-income Americans. Federal law prohibits funding of most abortions, and Planned Parenthood separates federal taxpayer dollars from those used to provide abortions.

Social conservatives have long fought to strip taxpayer funding from Planned Parenthood, and after the release of a series of undercover videos by anti-abortion activists earlier this year, those calls ramped up to a fever pitch.

Activists said the undercover videos show Planned Parenthood officials negotiating the sale of fetal organs — which they called “baby parts” — for profit to medical researchers; making money off such organs or tissue could be illegal and unethical. Planned Parenthood denied that it was profiting from the sale and said it was quitting the practice.

I WARNED YOU! I became a Republican months after Obama became President so as to take charge of the party founded by my kindred, John and Jessie Fremont. I am a true prophet. No one saw this coming – but God! I am His messenger! Repent! http://time.com/4437332/hillary-clinton-republican-voters/

Hillary Clinton added yet another big name to the list of prominent Republican supporters on Tuesday when Hewlett Packard CEO Meg Whitman announced she will back Clinton over Donald Trump, whom she called “reckless,” a “demagogue” and a threat to democracy.
Whitman, who was the Republican nominee for governor of California in 2010 and has raised millions for the presidential campaigns of Mitt Romney and New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie, says Trump has an “authoritarian character” and that his “unsteady hand would endanger our prosperity and national security.”
The New York Times first reported Whitman’s endorsement.
She even went as far as saying she will raise money for Clinton, whose values she said “make her the far better choice in 2016 for President of the United States.”
“In a tumultuous world, America needs the kind of stable and aspirational leadership Secretary Clinton can provide,” Whitman wrote in a Facebook post. “I urge all Republicans to reject Donald Trump this November.”

New York Republican Rep. Richard Hanna will vote for Hillary Clinton instead of Donald Trump, he announced in an letter to and interview with Syracuse.com this morning. Hanna, a three-term congressman who is not seeking re-election, writes that “the Republican Party is becoming increasingly less capable of nominating a person who is electable as president” and says that Trump “is unfit to serve our party and cannot lead this country.”
Hanna, a 65-year-old who founded a construction business after graduating from Oregon’s (famously liberal) Reed College, had announced in March that he would not vote for Trump or Ted Cruz if either were selected as the GOP’s presidential nominee. He told Syracuse.com that he was moved to publicly support Clinton byTrump’s attacks on the parents of late Army Capt. Humayun Khan.
    More from Hanna’s letter:
Secretary Clinton has issues that depending on where one stands can be viewed as great or small. But she stands and has stood for causes bigger than herself for a lifetime. … While I disagree with her on many issues, I will vote for Mrs. Clinton. I will be hopeful and resolute in my belief that being a good American who loves his country is far more important than parties or winning and losing. I trust she can lead. All Republicans may not like the direction, but they can live to win or lose another day with a real candidate.
Hanna, who was rated as one of the least conservative Republican members of the House in National Journal’s 2013 assessment, represents the 22nd Congressional District in central New York, which stretches from Lake Ontario to New York’s border with Pennsylvania.
