“I Hate Art”

“The child plays
The toy boat sails across the pond
The work has just begun

Look what you have done”

A month after Christine died, my father said this to me with utter disgust;

“I hate art!”

The Rose of the World bubble had burst. Vic’s daughter was in Bankruptcy when she died. It looked like the Captain would never get his investment back. The big bad wolf had lost granny’s house to the phonies in the art world. He played a good game of illusion – and lost! He ran with the Big Players, and came away – fleeced! He helped Christine own the best Artistic Identity money could by – and was prepared to run to Mexico to be the Big Boss Man of a spanking new family. He utterly ignored his other children for all those rosy years, and now that The Dream was dead – he was pissed!

“I hate art!” I was impressed! Alas, an honest critique! None of that flowery bullshit that Stacey Pierrot paved the way with, like rose petals – until the cows came home, until, the Fat Lady had to agree!

“I hate art, too!”

Above is the Getty Museum. It holds a shit-load of art – like an alien Pirate Ship. It was build atop a small mount that I rode a rented horse to the top of when I was seventeen. Here an Artist of the World took in the big bad city of Los Angeles. I owned a boat load of artistic integrity. I composed poems. I had a bountiful and wonderous Artistic identity that all members of my family were in wonder of. Then, it all got transferred over to Christine. The non-artists in the family loved the limelight and The Money, or, the hint of money! Rosamond never let the Prescos really have any. She worked The Loan – with interest! The famous artist in the family is susposed to be – richer!

Vicki told me Vic met Lawrence Chazen after putting an ad in the paper asking for Private Investors. Chazen knew Garth’s father, who spent time in the Fed Lock-up for making False Deeds of Trust. When Chazen told Vic about Garth’s art, a flashbulb went off! They made a Date with Destiny – and the rest is Art History! thanks to these two Loan Dudes, the Presco are kin to the Roayl Stewarts. They didn’t see that coming!

Above is Willie Aiken the son of Mattie Aiken who Chazen helped take for a ride. He is in the front row of the photo of the Oakland High football team close to my brother. I feel for Mark, because he tried to play it straight. He tried to be the Man of the House. I thought he hated art. But, he hates flakes.

Four months after my sister was gone, Vic got convicted of Loan Sharking, and died several months later on November 4, 1994.

Above is a photo of Chazen in his home. There are objects of art behind him. That is Mattie Aikens, a poor black woman who was given a loan she could not pay off. The caption eludes to Chazen’s idea that his trouble is a POLITICAL STUNT. Why would he say this. The year is 1995. The Mortgage Meltdown is thirteen years down the road. Was Chazen getting information on how to handle HUD and Andrew Cuomo, the Clinton appointee. If so, from whom? This comment highly suggest very powerful and rich men feared Government Regulations, and, Andrew did not cause the Meltdown. Was he – framed?

Above is a photo of surviving sister, Vicki, with Vic and Garth. Yesterday Vicki told me she wants nothing to do with the Business of Art. After twenty six years, she has had enough. Does she hate Art – too!

They say the Love of Money is the root of all evil. The fall of the American Empire is at hand. Like Rome, we have let powerful and rich men lead us down the Road to Ruin.

Above is Garth Benton, the muralist, doing faux artwork on the walls of the Getty Villa that was modeled after a Roman Villa as ordered up by J.P. Getty who made a fortune off Oil. Oil and Art! Do they mix?

Playing with Art is one thing. But, if you play with the Roses, you are going to get pricked!

There has to be at least one Honest Artist in the world, or the roses will loose their thorns. And, then what? We are left holding safe, but, faux roses!

Composed and sent to politians in 1998.
My battle over my family history has all but destroyed me. I am
astonished to see these powerful people on my path, one of them
severely hindering my way. I feel like Parcival, even King Arthur
who alas sees what has divided his kingdom and brought it to ruin.
My late sister’s probate is filled with my letters which reveal the
core of my Grail study. Within them I give warnings, tell the Court
that the Right-wing Christians are the enemies of the Arts and have
plans to take over the Democracy. In one letter I complained about a
Lesbian novel being advertised on my Nieces webpage the author of
this novel writing my sister’s biography which was never finished.
The author quit the project and absconded with a large sum of money
according to my surviving sister. But, I think it had something to
do with the claim she had interviewed my famous sister just before
she died, a claim I challenged in my letters, I contending these
interviews belonged to the two heirs and should be handed over to
the Probate.

I objected to the owner of this important legacy pandering to
Lesbians, a tactic used when Rosamond was alive to sell her
beautiful images of women. I explained to Judge Richard M. Silver
that my sister and I were Grail artists who were influenced by the
Pre-Raphaelites who employed Grail themes in their work. Our great
grandfather was friends with Joaquin Miller whose poetry was
promoted by the Pre-Raphaelites they introducing him the crown heads
of Europe.

Grail stories have long been at the heart and core of
heterosexuality, indeed they stemming from a heretical teaching that
was violently oppressed by the Pope and his celibate Bishops and
Priests. I told the Judge I have nothing against Gays, outside of my
families Artist and Literary legacy. This website was suggesting my
late sister was a Lesbian. There exist no evidence of this.

I suspect my protest, which contained Biblical references, got me
labeled a Gay-basher, and all of a sudden I hit a stonewall, I cut
off to all information. I was not told my father had died, or my
mother was dying, I missing my opportunity to say good-bye to her by
twelve hours. Rosemary Rosamond died without seeing the wonderful
Grail history I had collected for my book.

Mayor Gavin Newsom is four generation San Francisco. My father was
born there. Two of the oldest structures in that city were brought
around the Horn by his great grandfather, Carl Janke, the co-founder
of Belmont California. Our family history is about to be lost, it
shoved aside in the ten year struggle in a Superior Courthouse in
Monterey where I went two months ago to plead with a Judge to help
me record this history that is important to the history of
California and the Arts – for starters.

The Getty family own much of the world’s art, and just built a
beautiful museum where I used to go horseback riding. That I and my
sister appear to be related to Denis de Rougemont, the Grail scholar
and expert on Live in the Western World, has brought me to the very
door of the Getty Castle for the Arts where I am bid to call out a
challenge to those within, that if my family values are not returned
to me, I will bring this castle down.

published on the net April 14, 1997

“The legal dilemma that Lesbians and Homosexuals are having over
inherent legacies, they not able to sire heirs – or legally get
married – has been established in my family. It is not true same-
sexed people are more sensitive and artistic then others, and thus
are entitled to the world’s art and creative endeavors as a
consolation prize for not creating a family, and being a family
member. These creative ones successfully pretended to be Christine’s
real family to a Judge and his mouth piece he appointed Special
Executor. As yet, no knight with legal training has found the guts
to challenge this trespass.

Heterosexuality has been under attack by Christianity for two
thousand years. Half of practicing heterosexuals will become
mothers. Who champions their cause? The Christian church has only
venerated and pardoned one mother for Eve’s sin, and that was done
in order to keep their one divine Virgin as pure as the driven snow,
and hide the truth Jesus was a married man and father, he everything
these vile and hateful mean could never be, for they hate women,
especially mothers.

How dare they claim they are upholders of `Family Values’ and the
traditions of our `Founding Fathers’ who were Freemasons, yet
another group they hunted down and murdered in a never ending saga
to keep Jesus a Virgin – WHY? Do you think his kingdom was usurped,
the one he promised would come; “before this generation is through.”

Perhaps when We get our Congress back from them we should launch a
hearing, appropriate twenty billion dollars to investigate what
became of this kingdom, and was it worth it after two thousand
years, after all these murders – this orgy of the juicy Apocalyptic
Dream of utter destruction that will hail the blessed kingdom of
peace and love – at last – but for a few! And they call
artists “Dilettantes”!

This eighty six page essay printed by Royal Rosamond Press is as
prophetic a document as I have read, and I have trouble putting it
somewhere in my being, for it appears the Democrats lost the
election due to Nancy Pelosi and Gavin Newsom promoting same-sex
marriages. My bitter enemies, the Christians-right accused these
politicians of trying to destroy `Family Values’ the very thing I
accuse them of, I not knowing at the time I wrote this essay that
the Getty family backed these Representatives of our Democracy, and
surely knew Lawrence Chazen who filed a claim in Rosamond’s probate
and may walk away with the lion’s share.

Representative, Nancy Pelosi, is kin to Gavin who advised the Getty
family. Their top financial advisor, Lawrence Chazen was my later
father’s private lender in his loan business. Chazen is also an ex-
partner of my late sister and my ex-brother-in-law Garth Benton in
the ‘Rosamond’ art gallery in Carmel. Chazen is trying to walk out
of my sister’s probate with a good chunk of my nieces legacy. Chazen
tried to become executor of this important artistic legacy in a
illegal manner. I suspect Chazen put political pressure on Judge
Richard M. Silver, a Brown appointee to squash my investigation in
to the mysterious drowning of my late sister. She was good friends
with Philip Green and his wife. Green is he wealthiest man in
Britain and just tried to buy Safeway.

Chazen was investigated by Andrew Cuomo of HUD for loan sharking, he
taking the home from a black grandmother in Oakland where I grew up.
I went to school with her grandchildren. My father was convicted of
loan sharking. My letters to the Attorney General about Chazen’s
activities were ignored.

I have been authoring a biography of my late sister for three years.
When I began to ask questions a rival biography was produced, that
attacked my investigation into my sister’s death. The probate was
kept going to keep the information under control. There was talk
about a movie.

— Getty, or trusts and firms he controls, is lead investor on 10 of
Newsom’s 11 businesses, including his PlumpJack group of wine,
restaurant, resort and real estate ventures. “Plump Jack” is the
name of an opera Getty wrote.

Newsom’s stake in those Getty-backed businesses is more than $6.9
million, according to a disclosure report filed last year with the
Ethics Commission. Newsom says now that he overstated his share of
one of the businesses, a development company, and has since gotten
out of that venture.”

A Review of Tom Snyder’s Book,
When You Close Your Eyes

Much of the information for this review is taken from letters I and
the attorney of my niece Shannon filed in the probate of the estate
of my late sister Christine Rosamond Benton, information I sent to
the Attorney General of California and to Andrew Cuomo of HUD, and
from letters I sent to Superior Court Judge Richard Silver and to
the Special Executor he appointed. I also filed a police report.
Much of this material is in the Public Domain. Quotes from Mr.
Snyder’s biography will be in italics.

“I am a member in good standing of the State Bar of California and
an attorney on record for 50% interest in Shannon Rosamond. In my 16
years as a member of the State Bar California, I have never
experienced a more deliberate fraud on any court or more reckless
and calculated attempt to fraudulently take control of a probate
estate at the exclusion of the lawful heirs and total manipulation
of a tester’s intent that the present efforts of Attorney’s Robin
Beare, Lawrence J. Chazen and Garth Benton, the descendants former
spouse.

“Since her mother’s death, Shannon Rosamond has made continual
attempts to obtain pertinent information concerning her mother’s
estate and also obtain her mother’s cremated remains so that she
could conduct a proper memorial service.”
These are the words my niece’s attorney filed in the probate of the
world famous artist, Christine Rosamond, who drowned on March 26,
1994 on her first sober birthday in Alcoholics Anonymous. A month
later, her daughter Shannon would say this to me, and then
disappear: “Be careful, Greg. My friends think my life is in
danger. The first thing they are going to do is make you out to be
insane.” Christine’s ex-husband, Garth Benton, would try to get his
and Christine’s ex-partner nominated as Special Administrator. In a
San Francisco Examiner article, Lawrence Chazen’s business practices
were described by Andrew Cuomo of HUD as the worst case of loan-
sharking he had ever seen. Forsaken by the two executors Rosamond
named in her Will, my younger sister, Vicki, and Jacci Belford, Ms.
Pierrot’s best friend, my niece Shannon does battle with Chazen.

“Over the specific argument of Ms. Beare, Judge Silver refused to
appoint Mr. Chazen. Neither Ms. Beare nor Mr. Chazen disclosed to
the court the very critical fact that Mr. Chazen has the largest
single creditor’s claim against the estate and is a former business
partner and business associate of Garth Benton who the court had
removed as Special Administer just moments before.”
