New Video of ICE Murder

Why is this ICE agent walking in front of the car – after he was dragged a hundred yards a couple of months earlier?

His vision is impaired by his phone. His peripheral vison is blocked. Does he see how the tires are turned to the left? Does he see the victim tunring her wheels – in place – before she accelerates? Does he see where the passenger is standing – before he fires three shots? I suspect he saw nothing, but FEELS being struck – slightly! He feels it was deliberate – and retaliates! He calls her a fucking bitch because there was angry language being used – that should have been a warning..

DONT STEP IN FRONT OF THAT CAR

Turn on your video camera and walk around. You are half-blinded! You are not fully aware! I believe if the ICE agent was not making a video, he would have jumped out of the way, because her intent would be more clear. She does not want to argue anymore, or, be video taped. Her passenger tried to open the passenger door. Did she want to pull over on the side of the road – and them her passenger gets in? Her car was BLOCKED! How would you react if you got blocked?
