Kim Is Not Normal

I have lived here twenty years. Every dog owner takes their dog out for ten minutes, then brings them back inside. Kim Haffner brings her very unfriendly dog outside, and keeps it there for as long as an hour. If it was a friendly dog, that did not bark at people, and other animals, then there would be no problem. Normal tenants want good relationships between their dog and fellow tenant. Some tenants want to have good relationship with their neighbors. Kim wants none of this. Talk to management and MAKE Kim act normal. The reason she attacked Clark on several occasions, is be her dog barked at her.

WE WANT A BARK FREE ZONE

If Kim wants to sit in the mutual access, then she can do so – with her dog in the house!

Clark had a owner and would make her rounds visiting people. Silver had food and water for her in the office. The children still ask about her.

KIM HAFNER – ANIMAL ABUSER

KIM HAFNER KICKED CLARK!

On September 28, 2018 at 5;00 P.M. I saw Kim Hafner get off her bench, walk 15 feet, and kick Clark in his hindquarters. He was lying down. This beautiful Siamese cat did not see her coming.  Clark ran twenty feet into our drive. Another neighbor had just tried to pet Clark. I asked this person to let Clark come up and visit me.

Hafner then told me she is going to disappear Clark. I told her he has an owner. She said she would take him to his owners who I talked to. The wife told me to let her know if she does it again. I now suspect Hafner disappeared Brembe. She said Clark doesn’t belong here, and I don’t belong here. I am a Senior Citizen who is being harassed.

I beseech my neighbors to help prevent ANIMAL ABUSE!
