The Locked House and Gate

Capturing Beauty

Sitting in our sister’s dining room, Vicki Presco told me what happened at Rocky Point. In my long report to the Sheriff and Coroner, Vicki said they arrived Friday night, and, ogled the Television – LOCKED insider the main house. Drew Betnon and her cousin, Shamus Dundon, like to play video games. Shamus was on his first leave from the Air Force. Where Christine is, Vicki does not say. Her first biographer says Rosamond had accepted an invitation to stay at the famous house. Then Tom says Christine was eager to get to a COVE at the bottom of this house. But, she found the GATE WAS LOCKED. She goes wandering about hoping she runs into someone – who has a key to the gate!

WHAT?

Five chapters later, Tom has Stacey Pierrot flying in from Denver, where Circle Gallery is have a show of Rosamond’s Beautiful Women. Pierrot says she is going to a “beach party” and Christine will be there. Pierrot was sold the entire Rosamond Estate. Did she have silent partners? Does she know for sure it was The Greens who rented that home to throw a sober birthday party for Christine Rosamond Benton – as Shannon Rosamond (the adult heir) told me? Wht makes sense is, the person who rented the house told Christine she can get a key from Donald Layne, for THE GATE, and……THE HOUSE….that Vicki said was locked, and, they never entered it. When I talked to THE SHERIFF, who put on scuba gear to get my sister out of the water, he said the main house was open, and there were about five people insider – including children! Who are the parents of these children? The Coroner changed his report that said they were “hikers on Highway 1”

I was left to wonder if something bad happened in the main house. Was there violence – with blood? What if, Drew and Shamus had planned to go fishing Saturday morning, but, the ocean was too turbulent. There were large waves. So, they come in the house and hook up the video game, This wakes Christine up – and she is livid! Does she go over – and yank the wires out? How many thousand of parents have done this?

In the Bullhead Ciity Polce report, it says Shamus Dundon called up Drew and wanted to play video games. Drew did not go to her mothers funeral. When we got back to the house, Garth Benton dropped his daughter off – to play video games. If I am just out to exploit the death of the Famous Rosamond, I could make a video game….

GET ROSAMOND IN THE SEA

I have had several theories. The one I entertain today is,

SHE WAS THROWN OFF A CLIFF

I an going to sent this post to Detective Holstom so she can own an explanation why Drew lay in an icebox, and no family member clained her body, Nor did they talke to me and offer to help with funeral costs. I have long had to look at the real possibility Drew witnessed a crime, and was encouraged to not tell the truth. In Tom’s bio, she refueses to speak about – OUR FAMILY TRAGEDY! I can guarantee you, most of the parents of the children who drowned in Texas – HAVE LAWERED UP! They are traimatized with the COVER UP, that treated real victim like flotsum, like a batch of peashed that has gone bad. But, there will be more – next year!

I highly suggest Shamus Dundon walk into the Bullhead City Police Department, and tell what happened, to the best of his relocation. If Drew is having a breakdown, and is talking to emergency therapists at two hospitals – she might have told the truth – alas! This would explain why she was abandoned, as I was abandoned. To discover there stand billionaires between you and the truth – is to be evicted from humanity for lack of – POWER! How about this video game…

HIDE YOUR BILLIONAIRES

“What the hell is a :”seasonal moment”? Is that what struck Texas?

John Presco

In the seasonal moment, an artist known worldwide as Rosamond is considering a guest-house invitation. Patrons had frequently made such offers, and they had always been graciously, yet uniformly refused. But, on a brisk March day in 1994, Christine Rosamond uncharacteristically accepts one such offer. She is feeling more buoyant and happy then she has in years. As chilling winter fogs disperse, it seems a grand time for an outing..

“While there had been big waves visible farther along the coast, the
ocean’s surface here is calm. Though the tide may be turning, it
seems low. Along this precipitous coastline, the Pacific is
exclusive in its moods. That was foremost in Donald Layne’s warning.
When near the water’s edge, visitors must follow a fundamental rule:
Never turn your back to the sea. Yet on this fine spring day, that
is precisely what Christine does. She sits on the rock with her back
to the sea, and jams her hands in the leather jacket’s pocket.”

“It must have been Christine’s time, and perhaps she knew so. I was
there as an afterthought. She and Drew were going to spend the whole
weekend at a guest house. Christine went back and sat down on the
final rock after saying we should go get lunch and rent fishing
poles. She always had nightmares about water, tidal waves, the
ocean’s power, the water taking control. She was facing her
nightmare; she sat back down as if she had conquered those fears. I
didn’t understand why we weren’t leaving. It must have been a
premonition – NOTHING ABOUT THE OCEAN, THAT, DAY WOULD INDICATE
WEWERE IN DANGER. We weren’t just frolicking on the rocks.” Vicki
said. “We were responsible people, and aware of the water at all
times. It was a full moon weekend with lots of tidal action. A friend
told me that five other people were swept out to sea ( from
California’s north coast) over the same period. We went to look for
shells and tide pool creatures. Christine was sure the tide was going
out. Did she know what lay a head?”

Wet Suede Jacket Test

Posted on June 20, 2017 by Royal Rosamond Press

My neighbor and I conducted a test in 0ur swimming pool. Sandy put on the jacket and walked into deeper water where she could still stand up. Then Sandy treaded water with ease. She felt no need to take the jacket off, and when she did, she stood on the bottom of the pool. It was a struggle. This would be very hard to do in the deep end. She would probably sink to the bottom to get footing. She could not zip it up. If she could, I suspect there would have been air pockets. The jacket was buoyant.

According to Tom Snyder in his lying divorce book, ‘When You Close Your Eyes’ he says Christine was washed into the sea by a big rogue wave – along with Drew – who would be her main concern. Why would she bother to take the jacket off? After allegedly handing her eight year old daughter off to Vicki, my sister spent fifty minutes clinging to the rocks and struggling to survive one giant wave after another. The water is 48 degrees. She is getting cold. This jacket would help her keep warm.

That said, how do you get Christine into the water – without a jacket on? All I want is a picture of how my sister died. The only thing that works, is this……….

Vicky and Shamus take Drew down to the cove to fish. A big wave takes Drew in. Vicki goes running up to the house to call 911. Christine runs out of the house without a jacket on. Shamus refuses to go into the water to save Drew. Whole families get wiped out trying to save each other.

Why the cover-up? Vicki and Shamus would be blamed for Christine’s death. Vicki is the named executor in our sister’s will. Shannon Rosamond would have Vicki dismissed. There was talk of a book and movie – before Christine died! Tom Snyder says Vicki Presco is the hero of his story. Vicki should have known better. Vicki was a surviving partner in millions of dollars of Rosamond prints. Everything that comes out of Vicki’s mouth blames Christine for her own death.

The coat weighed two more pounds when wet. I put it on my railing to dry. I would never let Shamus take my grandson down to the turbulent and dangerous ocean. Would you? You can see that finger of water in the video. Watch how high the sea rises on the rocks and cascades down. That’s what goes on in that cove.

Are Sande Greene & Robert Buck – Friends?

Posted on August 16, 2017 by Royal Rosamond Press

Because Vicki Presco refused to tell me who lived in that famous house at Rocky Point, and, who invited our sister to stay there, I get to air my best guess. My family, and interested outsiders, are blown away with my powers of deduction. I was told so little, because a biography of Rosamond was discussed, in her home, the day after she died. Knowing her artwork was not selling like it used to, there were dollar signs in their eyes – now that Christine was dead! They had visions of seeing ‘The Caretakers’ up on the silver screen, it now safe to let the world know – who they are!

Above is the guest house where Shamus and Vicki spent the night. From those big windows you can look down on the cove where Christine was swept into the sea. You do not need to go down there to know there were white caps to the horizon, and large breaking waves. No way could you get Rosamond down there. The idea that her daughter, Drew Benton, would sit ten feet from the many crashing waves – is unthinkable!

As chilling winter fogs disperse, it seems a grand time for an outing..”

My niece, Shannon Rosamond, told me it was Sande Green who invited Christine to stay at the house at Rocky Point. Sande’s un-named husband would fly his private jet to Monterey on occasions. Did they rent the house at Rocky Point when they were in town, or, were they frequent guests of the owner?

In Snyder’s biography, Sande says Christine was intimidated by her husband’s wealth. Sande also tells how she got Christine drunk and up in the air paragliding over the Gulf. She says she was trying to overcome Christine’s fear of the water.

While my mother and I stood together outside the Rosamond Gallery in Carmel, a well-dressed man approached, paid his respects to Rosemary, and, gave me a dirty look without shaking my hand.

“Did you see the look he just gave you?” my mother asks.

“How could I miss it.” I replied.

“He’s a very wealthy and powerful man.” Rosemary told me.

I would wonder if he owned Rocky Point, and had power over my family, and saw me as a threat. Was this Sande Green’s husband? After seeing a photo of Alan C. Fox, this guy was not Fox.

When I and my friend arrived for the funeral, Michael pointed out an extremely beautiful blonde getting out of a limousine. Snyder met Sande and went gaga. Below are e-mails wherein I demand Shamus tell me the name of the owner of that house. He refused! Did Sande try to get Garth and Christine to mend their union? Or, did Sande arrange a party to celebrate my sister’s first year of sobriety?

After beholding the Buck Trust and related foundations, I now know how rich and powerful Robert Brevoort Buck, is. Sande knew – and her husband! I want to know Mr. Green’s name, because he landed his jet on Robert’s private airfield. How is that for the opening of – MY MOVIE!

ALL RIGHTS RESERVED

On this day, September 2, 2025, I John Presco create, and found, the fictional place….

Belmont by the Sea

All day I have lamented the death of the last Rosamond Woman. Three hours ago, I found this gem hiding in my last post. This is the blueprint of what I wanted to do with Belmont, a city that gave up its history so they can all be well behaved. I have raised Belmont – from the dead! Employing Historic-Fiction alas a creative utopia will come out of the sea, somewhere above Carmel, in a hidden valley.
