“Case suspended pending any contact from next of kin for Drew Benton”
Today, July 1, 2025 at 9:00 A.M. I reread the Police Report made by the Bullhead Police Department. Due to my PTSD, and ongoing physical and mental illness, I could not – look at this nightmarish death. The foremost nightmare was how Drew Rosamond Benton was ABANDONED by members of oir family. Drew suffered from mental illness and made appointments to get mental help. Twice she walked into a medical facility, and walked out. She was treated for injured feet. They wanted her to stay. Her boyfriend, and his brother ,were aware of Drew’s poor mental state. So were the managers at Walmart who granted her a leave. There were papers and appointment cards that recorded her cry for help.
When I talked to Detective Holstrom, she told me she WENT LOOKING FOR SHAMUS DUNDON. She might have gone to Vicki Precso’s house, where one of Shamus’ sons lived. Here is the sentence that put me in shock…

Drew, Shamus, and Shannon – are cousins! They all lived near Bullhead where my sister Vicki lived. Vicki invited her niece to come live with her. EVERYONE KNEW Drew suffered from mental illness. Vicki told me she tried to get my niece on SS1. She was taking meds. The med list – is redacted. Holstrum never made contact with Shannon, and she never made contact with me. Neither did my niece. I claimed Drew’s dead body and paid for the funeral.
10: AM The Senate just passed Trump’s Big Beautiful Bill. When he got elected I told several people I believed he was going to take away my Medicaid, my Food Stamps, and HUD. I reasoned my family had already abandoned me.
Dundon was not aware of Benton’s mental health history but said most of the members of that side of the family had some mental health issues.
Here are the family members who admitted they suffered from mental illness – and sought help. Shamus is in one biography of Rosamond, who was made out to be a madwoman. A Monterey Court ruled Shannon Benton could not be the Executer of her mother’s will. Nor could Garth Benton.

I saw a report on the restoration of the murals Garth Benton rendered at the Getty Villa. He hire Shannon to work on them. Drew pretended to eat the eternal grapes that made Rome – and Califnronia famous.
On August 1, 2024 I left a voicemail message for Shannon Rosamond Benton. As of August 2, 2024 I have not been able to contact a next of kin for Drew Benton. Medical Examiner Investigator Susan Plourde advised the deceased was transferred to Arizona Affordable Funeral Home. Case suspended pending any contact from next of kin for Drew Benton
Detective Gomez and I responded to , Bullhead City, Mohave County, Arizona to attempt to contact Shamus Dundon. A male stated he rents the home from Dundon and stated Dundon lives in Mohave Valley. I located an address for Dundon at Mohave Valley, Mohave County, Arizona. I spoke to Dundon (identified by AZ DL). Dundon advised he had messaged his cousin, Drew Benton, on Monday about playing an online video game and Benton not feeling well. He said Benton did not respond. He said he last received a message from Benton on Sunday when she stated she did not feel well. Dundon was not aware of Benton’s mental health history but said most of the members of that side of the family had some mental health issues. Dundon provided me with a phone number for Benton’s half-sister, Shannon Rosamond Benton, at Dundon confirmed Benton had no children and her parents were deceased. My contact with Dundon was recorded on an Axon Body Camera and uploaded to evidence.com.
THE REPORT – IN PART
Cortese took digital photographs of the area, the blood and the rocks. Cortese and I responded to apartment , where Benton was residing. There was blood on the cement walkway outside the apartment, to the north of the apartment and to the south of the apartment. There was blood on the railing and marks as if Benton had stood on the railing. The marks were directly above where Benton was located by law enforcement and Bullhead City Fire Department at about 0500 hours on July 23, 2024. Cortese took digital photographs of the blood and railing. The door to apartment was closed and locked. I was advised Detective Gomez was authoring a search warrant for apartment . I spoke to Damien Bosley (verbally identified), Benton’s boyfriend, on the second floor of the apartment complex in the stairwell near apartment . Bosley was with his brother. I advised Bosley of Benton being deceased. Bosley was visibly upset and crying. I did not see any injuries on Bosley showing he had been in a recent physical altercation. Bosley said Benton is a and they had been dating for 4 years. He said Benton has been on a leave of absence from her job at Walmart since about April of 2024 due to mental health issues which had been getting worse lately. He said Benton has never attempted suicide which they were dating and he weas not aware of any time of self-harming behaviors by Benton. Bosley said on Sunday when he came to check on Benton in the evening after work, Benton was not in her apartment. Bosley said he called of the hospitals due to Benton stating she was not feeling well earlier in the day. Bosley said Exceptional and WARMC stated they had no contact with Benton. He said no one answered the phone at Valley View Medical Center, so he drove to Valley View Medical Center located at 5330 Highway 95, Fort Mohave, Mohave County, Arizona. Bosley said employees stated Benton was at Valley View Medical Center twice complaining she was having pregnancy complications, but she left both time against medical advice. Bosley said on Sunday night into Monday morning he drove around looking for Benton, but did not locate her. Bosley said on Monday early morning at about 3 or 4 a.m. he went home to and Benton was at his home. Bosley said Benton stated she walked to his house from Valley View Medical Center without shoes and Benton had lost her cellular phone. Bosley took Benton home and took care of her feet. He said on Monday they went looking for Benton’s cellular phone but did not locate the cellular phone. Bosley said he last saw Benton on Monday evening at 7:40 p.m. when he went to work. He said Benton was going to relax and watch a happy movie. He said prior to leaving Benton was accusing him of being “Jesus” and being pregnant with his baby. He said they had not been sexually intimate for over 4 months. Bosley said he checked Facebook Messenger during the evening and Benton was not active on Facebook Messenger, so he did not message Benton throughout the night. Bosley said he came to check on Benton this morning and learned something happened. Bosley said Benton goes to Mohave Mental Health, but he did not have a doctor’s name. He said there are two cats inside the apartment. He said Benton’s parents are deceased and she never had any children. He said a cousin named “Shamus” lives in Fort Mohave and an aunt lives in California possibly in Pebble Beach. Bosley’s brother drove him home. My contact with Bosley was recorded on an Axon Body Camera and uploaded to evidence.com.
I responded to the apartment complex office and spoke to Shirley Kemper, the apartment manager. Benton’s original emergency contact in June 2019 was Shamus Dundon with phone number . Benton’s current emergency contact is Damien Bosley. Kemper gave me a key to Benton’s apartment, and I later provided Kemper with a copy of the search warrant. At 1400 hours I was advised by Sergeant Limon the search warrant was signed for apartment . I made entry to the apartment using the key provided by Kemper. There was no one inside the apartment. I saw there was blood on the flooring through out the apartment with a large quantity of dried blood in the area with a closet and sink. I saw a knife sheath in the ground with the blood. Cortese took digital photographs of the apartment to memorialize the condition of the apartment prior to the search. Cortese took digital photographs of the prescription medication located within the apartment. See Cortese’s supplement. During the search of the apartment the following items were seized: 01 – Silver medieval knife with blue gem located in the room with a closet and sink 02 – Valley View Medical documents located next to the bed 03 – typed poem located next to the bed 04 – Black Samsung cellphone located on nightstand next to the bed A copy of the search warrant and seizure list was left on scene inside the apartment. Cortese took digital photographs of the search warrant and seizure list. Cortese took digital photographs of the apartment to document the condition of the apartment after the search.

On July 25, 2024 I located Shannon Rosamond Benton in Accurint as a relative to Drew Taylor Benton. I called the phone number for Shannon ) and left a voicemail message. On July 26, 2024 I left a voicemail for Shannon Rosamond Benton. On July 27, 2024 I attended the autopsy for Drew Benton at the Mohave County Medical Examiner’s Office located at 1145 Aviation Drive in Lake Havasu City. Medical Examiner Dr. Hu advised the death was determined to be suicide by blunt force trauma due to the fall from the third-floor balcony. I obtained a buccal swab from Drew Benton during the autopsy and the buccal swab was entered as evidence. On July 27, 2024 I left a voicemail for Shannon Rosamond Benton. The outgoing message stated the person was “Shannon”. I requested a Los Angeles County Deputy to respond to Los Angeles, California to attempt to contact Shannon Rosamond Benton. They advised no one was home. Dear Sir: I a the uncle of Drew Taylor Rosamond Benton. While checking in on my relatives on Facebook, I found a post by Damien Bosley saying Drew had taken her life, and he is looking for members of her family. There are five members of our family in the area. I wonder why they are not responding, and in looking at family members on Facebook, I find out another young member of hour family took his life. In twenty minutes I am in total grief and shock. I post a message on Damien’s FB, giving him my phone number. He never called me – to this day! We have texted.
It took four or five days or officer Holstrom to call me back. I called K and talked to Noah who said he would call Holstrom – because I was very stressed. I suffer from PTSD. Finally Holstom calls, and she acts like she is very busy. She tells me I am the only relative she has talked to. She says she was trying to get hold of a half-sister who is in Paris. My niece Shannon Rosamond Benton came to mind. I then asked for a POLICE REPORT.
“Why do you want a report?” Holstrom asked.
“Because I am writing a biography!”
“Contact Records.”
I did, and asked for the record. I called several times, and was told I was on a list. I asked records for Drew’s Autopsy, and read it three days ago. I am I total shock. Drew dies of cardiac arrest – two hours after she jumped from a balcony – after stabbing herself in the thighs twenty times. She stabbed herself in the ankle, and that really made me wonder. Was that a defensive wound? Did someone stab my niece, in what looks like torture? What would that person be after? Damien was in awful hurry to get me to pay for the cremation so I can give him a Death Certificate, because he and Drew co-signed on something and he had to show proof she was dead – to get out of the contract.
In making arrangement with the mortuary, Ivanna tells me Cameron Bosley wants to talk to me.
“Is it O.K. if I give him your number?”
“Yes.”
Cameron called me ten minute later. I am desperate for information. He tells me Drew was dismissed from her job at Walmart due to an altercation involving a fellow worker. She is on mental leave. She is hearing voices. He and Damien want her to move from the small dark, depressing place she is living in, and move in with Damien. I wonder why no one is getting my niece professional help. I have thrifty-six years of sobriety. I keep my mouth shut – because I NEED MORE INFORMATION! I have talked to four citizens of Arizona – and know no details! Where is that police report. Ivanna helps me fill out a Death Certificate. Damien says he did not know Drew’s parents were famous artists, and, there are two books and a movie script about OUR FAMILY! How can that be?
All of a sudden – he disappears the box of Drew’s paper he WAS going to send me. I call Ivanna and tell her Damien is not going to get a copy of the DC, nor is he to receive any ashes. She asks me to send her documentation of my wishes. I replay in our e-mails. NO! Damien is trying to get me to put his name on a Mortuary List. I tell him that is not going to happen.
Two days ago I try to get a hold of Ivanna. She is not available. I ask to talk to a manger. The woman on the phone says she is a manger – and she can NOT find my or Drew’s name. Now she can not find her cremated remains! I am put on hold, A guy named Ron tells me he’s on his way to put Drews ashes in the mail, and I should get them on Saturday. I get an image of Ron – and he is right out of central casting! They called him Captain Ron in Iraq? If we kill all the golfers, they’ll put us in prison!
Here is what I discussed with Michael Dundon, the grandfather of Rafe, and uncle of Shamus Dundon, whose two sons live close to where Drew allegedly jumped from a balcony. One of these sons lived at the same address as Drew, and my late sister, Vicki Presco. And no Dundon – responds! WTF!
“Was Drew right-handed? She stabs herself ten times in the right thigh, then, stabs herself ten times in the left thigh. The wounds on the left thigh will be further up the leg. The wounds on the right leg, will be near the knee! Unless she changed hands!”
The autopsy says Drew was obese at the waist. She has been talking for two hours before she dies of A HEART ATTACK at midnight. How can this be ruled a SUICIDE? I have sent people the psychological report on people who try to stab themselves to death – and survive theses wounds! These attempts are uncommon, and, the stabs are made to the stom……..
I JUST GOT THE REMAINS OF MY NIECE DELIVERED TO MY DOOR!

Everything we agreed upon -is here! Thank God! Unless…….Damien got another bag of remains? There’s two Death Certificates. I made a video of the opening of the USPO “CREMATED REMAINS” box. There is a Suspicious Person of Interest not mentioned in this letter. Make that two people! I think I have a solid alibi. Let me check.
What is very shocking are these words

I know what “immediate” means. There is no mention of cardiac arrest – TWO HOURS – later. I spend a half hour reading the autopsy and wondered about the contusions. I saw a sharp end of a woman’s comb causing the stab wounds. Am I to believe Drew tried to kill herself by beating herself to death with a lead pipe, and, then going to a comb to finish the job. But, when that didn’t work she climbed over a high railing – but did not die! I wondered if she was treated like a nut on drugs at the hospital, and did not receive proper treatment. Was she restrained and given a shot of thorizein? ENOUGH!
I’m done with SPECULATING! If I had read the cause of death – before Drew was cremated – I would have demanded TOP Forensic Scientist examine Drew who had been in the icebox for over a month. Did anyone dust her body for fingerprints? Was her appartment treated like a crimes scene? Was there bloody hand prints on the railing? Is there enough forensics to call for – A COMPLETE INVESTIGATION?

At noon on November 13, 2024, I opened the police report regarding the death of my niece, Drew Taylor Rosamond Benton. The questions I had before I read this report, were justified. Several policeman asked these questions, and asked Drew personally if anyone attacked her. She said “No”. Mental illness is considered, but what happened at the hospital – is questionable! I will keep that to myself, for now.

Yesterday I communicated with someone who loved my niece. He was very respectful of my feelings – and privacy, Like me, he did not think much of Damien Bosley whose primary concern is for me to get authorization for him to come to the mortuary in person – and get Drew Benton’s death certificate! No matter what I said, he comes back to that DC. I just reread his text – before I had a sip of coffee. He says he’ll mail me anything I want. So far, he hasn’t mailed me a thing I asked for. When his brother called and told me Damien was clearing out my niece’s apartment, my mother’s jewelry box popped in my mind – like a vision! I had asked Drew’s cousin Shamus Dundon for the box when he asked if there was anything I wanted from his mother’s estate.

Today is my late mother’s birthday. Rosemary Rita Rosamond, was the third girl born to Royal and Mary Magdalene Rosamond. When someone dies in your family all members of the immediate family come to mind. Damien and Cameron could care less. Drew co-signed a financial agreement, and Damien needs proof of death to get out of the contract. He’s promising me a lot. He even went down to the Morturary – and pounded on the door! He promises to spread Drew’s ashes at the place – she wanted them spread….IF I get him that DEATH CIRTIFICATE! Did Drew see the end of her life – was near?
What his kind, caring, and respectful friend of Drew told me, was that my niece went on leave from her job at Walmart, because she feared for her life. Two years earlier a fellow employee went to prison for making a “KILL LIST” and Drew’s name was – AT THE TOP! After getting out of prison, he stops by the store. A member of my family was utterly terrified something bad was going to happen – just before some truly awful happened to her! Why didn’t the Bosley Brothers tell me about Drew’s……
STALKER?
Why didn’t officer Holstrom mention DREW’S STALKER? Maybe Drew told me about the ex-convict? Maybe I knew the asshole? Perhaps he wanted something from Drew, and all she had to do was

Drew saw Rosemary’s Jewelry box every time she came in the front door. Drew and Vicki Presco were roommates for several years. That’s a [photograph of Vicki and Drew peering over the top of the painting I did when I was sixteen. Drew’s cousin promised he would mail it to me – five years ago? I am still waiting for the mailman. And I’m still waiting for the police report from the Bullhead City Police Department, so I can read it, and KNOW who I should be WATCHING OUT FOR!

EXTRA! I can’t help but wonder aloud. THE KILL LIST consisted of employees of Walmart. Does Damien work at Walmart? Maybe THE STALKER wants proof Drew is dead, and is not faking it? Was there a story about Drew’s alleged suicide in the newspaper? How about in T.V.? Maybe Walmart has a motive for shutting down all dark rumors about………THE KILL LIST?

Rosemary’s Jewelry Box

Here is my dead mother’s jewelry box that Shamus Dundon said Drew Benton and Shannon Rosamond are fighting over. Rosemary kept mementos from her four Children in it. There is nothing about her grandchildren.
Shamus did not call me and tell me my mother was dying. He was punishing me for asking questions about chasing lizards – when he said he had a headache! He ended up with Rosemary’s treasured Mustang. I didn’t get anything. Robby called and asked me if I wanted my painting. I had him send it to Vicki when I attempted to go foreward for the sake of my daughter and grandson. Heather was my Trustee. She and her lover called me a parasite because I get food stamps and SSI for my PTSD, and my Childhood Head Butting?
I asked Shamus for the Stuttmeister marriage certificate.
For a quarter of a century I have struggle in confusion to understand why my family does not know what a Artistic Legacy is. They see no value in my post on Joaquin Miller and Emma Hill that enhances Rosamond’s creative legacy – and my own! I told my Doctor I think my family is jealous of the two Creative siblings in their midst. Now I conclude they are greedy ingrates, savages, who need to claim all the shiny things they see, and eliminate The Shiny Ones. For sure, these are The Enemies of Art and Literature, and thus they have value. They are………The Perfect Examples!

Family Treasures

Here are some family treasures Vicki Presco owns. Included is the marriage certificate of Rudolph Stuttmeister. Instead of scanning it and making it available to the rest of the family, Vicki hoards it. She helped create our late sister’s imposter and art forger, and allows Stacey Pierrot to title herself ‘Caretaker’ which is like a ‘Curator’. Vicki showed me Christine’s autobiography that was kept from the public.
Rosemary kept her children’s achievements in her jewelry box. I did a painting of Midvale Avenue in Westwood when I was fifteen.
