Jessie Scouts – Revisited!

California Senator Alex Padilla is pushed to the ground and handcuffed during a press conference held by Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem in Los Angeles, June 12, 2025.

I have professed I am a Prophet many times in this blog. My post on June 13th was inspired by a newsperson expressing concern the treatment of Alex might encourage some deranged person to up the level of violence. I was careful not to do this myself, and thus I made light of an idea – that is now vital to our Democracy. If Democrats become afraid to run for office, then our Democracy – IS DEAD! Has Trump appeared on TV declaring it is wrong to target Democrats for violence – for any reason?

If Trump does not offer the protection of his office, then the Democrats might be forced to found a professional private police force, such as we saw in Blackwater. I’m sure most registered Democrats will contribute $5.00 dollars to the New Jessie Scouts who will concentrate on finding potential murders on the internet – before they strike. They can patrol the homes of Democrats, and watch over their chidden. They can be escorted to school and back in special Jessie Benton buses.

In what Gov. Tim Walz has characterized as a “politically motivated assassination,” Minnesota state Rep. Melissa Hortman and her husband were shot and killed in their home while state Sen. John Hoffman and his wife were also shot and are receiving care—and the alleged suspect, Vance Boelter, remains at large as a manhunt continues for a second day.

The FBI announced a $50,000 reward “for info leading to the arrest and conviction of Vance L. Boelter,” and released a photo (below) that reportedly shows the suspect at the door of one of the shooting victims, apparently wearing a head-covering mask and police costume, early Saturday morning.

A police alert warned that the “suspect is armed and dangerous and may be impersonating law enforcement,” according to the Minnesota Star Tribune.

“My good friend and colleague, Speaker Melissa Hortman and her husband Mark were shot and killed this morning in what appears to be a politically motivated assassination,” Walz said at a press conference Saturday.

At 10:33 a.m. on Saturday, Walz said Hoffman and his wife were “out of surgery” and receiving care, and that “we are cautiously optimistic that they will survive this assassination attempt,” though Drew Evans, superintendent of the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension, was not able to provide an update in an afternoon news conference on the senator’s status.

Boelter texted two of his roommates, one told the Minnesota Star Tribune, saying he wrote that he “may be dead shortly.”

According to the roommate, the text read: “I love you guys. I made some choices, and you guys don’t know anything about this, but I’m going to be gone for a while. May be dead shortly, so I just want to let you know I love you guys both and I wish it hadn’t gone this way. I don’t want to say anything more and implicate you in any way because you guys don’t know anything about this. But I love you guys and I’m sorry for all the trouble this has caused.”

President Donald Trump issued a statement Saturday on the shootings, saying he had “been briefed on the terrible shooting that took place in Minnesota,” and “such horrific violence will not be tolerated in the United States of America.”

Deputy FBI Director Dan Bongino posted on X the bureau “is working in collaboration with our local and state partners.”

As of September 2024, 186.5 million Americans nationwide are registered to vote based on available voter registration data. That’s nearly six in every ten Americans, and almost eight in ten Americans 18 and older.

Of those, 47% of registered voters have declared a party affiliation on their registration. How many voters are registered with each political party?

How many registered voters are in each state?

Among states reporting 2024 voter registration data, California has the most registered voters, 22.1 million, followed by Texas (17.9 million) and Florida (13.7 million). These states also rank highest in overall populations.

California has the highest number of registered voters. Wyoming has the fewest.

The states with the fewest number of voters are Wyoming (232,222), Vermont (502,378), and Alaska (607,603). For comparison, Washington, DC, has 435,887 registered voters.

Arkansas, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Missouri, North Dakota, and Ohio haven’t publicly released 2024 voter registration data and are therefore missing from these estimates.

Private career

[edit]

Prince moved to Virginia Beach and personally financed the formation of Blackwater Worldwide in 1997.[16] He bought 6,000 acres (24 km2) of the Great Dismal Swamp of North Carolina and set up a school for special operations.[17] The name “Blackwater” comes from the peat-colored bogs in which the school is located.[18]

Prince credits the 1994 Rwandan genocide with his decision to found Blackwater. He later said, “It really bothered me. It made me realize you can’t sit back and pontificate. You have to act.”[19]

From 1997 to 2010, Blackwater was awarded $2 billion in government security contracts,[20] more than $1.6 billion of which were unclassified federal contracts and an unknown amount of classified work.[21] From 2001 to 2010, the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) awarded up to $600 million in classified contracts to Blackwater and its affiliates.[22] It became the largest of the State Department’s three private security companies, providing 987 guards for embassies and bases abroad.[23] Prince built a shooting range on his rural Virginia land to serve as a nearby training facility to CIA headquarters in Langley, Virginia.[20]

Blackwater came under increasing criticism after the Nisour Square massacre in September 2007, in which Blackwater employees opened fire in a crowded square in Baghdad, killing 17 Iraqi civilians and seriously wounding 20 more. Three guards were convicted in October 2014 of 14 manslaughter charges, and another of murder, in a U.S. court in 2019.[24][25]

The criticism continued after president Barack Obama took office in 2009. Prince said he believes that much of this criticism stems from politics. “I put myself and my company at the CIA’s disposal for some very risky missions”, Prince told Vanity Fair for its January 2010 issue. “But when it became politically expedient to do so, someone threw me under the bus.”[26] Blackwater lost a $1 billion contract with the State Department to protect American diplomatic personnel in 2009, after the Iraqi government refused to renew the company’s operating license.[27] Nevertheless, in 2010 the Obama administration awarded the company a $120 million State Department security contract and about $100 million in new CIA work.[21]

In 2012 Blackwater’s successor company, Academi, paid a combined $49.5 million to settle charges of arms trafficking violations dating back to the period Prince was CEO and chairman of the company.[28] In 2020 Prince again became the focus of an FBI investigation into arms trafficking violations related to the conversion of crop dusters into military aircraft.[29] According to a UN report, Prince also violated a UN arms embargo by aiding a plot to arm a Libyan warlord attempting to overthrow the US and UN backed government in Libya.[30]

Prince has defended Blackwater’s work, pointing to the fact that during the course of 40,000 personal security missions, only 200 involved guards firing their weapons. He has said, “No one under our care was ever killed or injured. We kept them safe, all the while we had 30 of our men killed.”[19]

Prince, according to author Robert Young Pelton, reportedly thinks of Blackwater’s relationship to the military as something similar to FedEx‘s relationship to the U.S. Post Office: “an efficient, privatized solution to sclerotic and wasteful government bureaucracy.”[31] He credits his father’s competitive streak in the automotive business with the inspiration to design a lighter, faster army.[32]

Prince resigned as CEO of Blackwater on March 2, 2009, and remained chairman of the board until he sold the company in late 2010 to a group of investors.[33]

As Americans and others were being evacuated following the August 2021 collapse of the Afghan government, Prince said he was offering seats on a chartered flight for $6,500 per person.[34]

Disclosure as part of a covert CIA task force

[edit]

Prince was part of a CIA task force created to engage in targeted killings of suspected terrorists. Prince alleged that the House intelligence congressional committee leaked his name to the press.[35] Prince has said that he is convinced that former CIA director Leon Panetta revealed him as a CIA asset, after shutting down the covert CIA training operation in 2009.[20]

Private security for the United Arab Emirates

[edit]

After Blackwater faced mounting legal problems in the United States, Prince was hired by the crown prince of Abu Dhabi and moved to Abu Dhabi in 2010. His task was to assemble an 800-member group of foreign troops for the U.A.E., which was planned months before the Arab Spring.[36] He helped the UAE found a new company named Reflex Responses, or R2, with 51 percent local ownership, carefully avoiding his name on corporate documents. He worked to oversee the effort and recruit troops, among others from Executive Outcomes, a former South African mercenary firm hired by several African governments during the 1990s to defeat violent rebellions in addition to protecting oil and diamond reserves.

As of January 2011, Prince was training a force of 2,000 Somalis for anti-piracy operations in the Gulf of Aden. The program was funded by several Arab countries, including the United Arab Emirates and backed by the United States. Prince’s spokesman, Mark Corallo, said Prince had “no financial role” in the project and declined to answer any questions about Prince’s involvement. John Burnett of Maritime Underwater Security Consultants said, “There are 34 nations with naval assets trying to stop piracy and it can only be stopped on land. With Prince’s background and rather illustrious reputation, I think it’s quite possible that it might work.”[37]

Meeting with the Russian Federation

[edit]

In 2011, Prince was invited to Moscow by the Russian Federation. The Russian Federation requested that Prince build “a Blackwater capability” in Russia. Prince trained and drank with Alpha Group, the special forces unit of the Federal Security Service (FSB).[38]

Private equity investor in Africa

[edit]

Prince leads a private equity firm called Frontier Resource Group, and until April 13, 2021, he was also chairman of Frontier Services Group Ltd, a Bermuda-incorporated logistics and transport company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.[39][40][41] Frontier Services Group is backed by China’s state-owned CITIC Group and Hong Kong-based investor Johnson Chun Shun Ko [zh],[42][43] with the Chinese government listed as the largest investor.[44] Prince’s ventures advise and support Chinese investment in oil and gas in Africa.[45]

Gavin Now Owns Republican Historic Roots

On this day, June 13, 2025, I hereby give Governor Gavin Newson the history of Jessie and John Fremont. I suggest Governor Newsom found the New Jessie Scouts to conduct intelligence on the masked belligerents blessed by President Trump. The New Scouts will protect all duly elected Democrats, who have been wrongfully accused of stealing the election from Trump in 2020. This lie has caused Trump to engage in much demented revenge in what Newson described as….MENTAL ILLNESS

The New Jessie Scouts will keep track of our elected leaders as they do what they were elected to do. The Jessie Scouts will be an all women origination who will be wearing white coats, such as the coats worn in Insane Asylums. They will be wearing the emblem of the Fremont flag on their backs. They will be steeped in History and will correct purveyors of Fake History, such as was given at the meeting with Homeland Security. Kristi Noem. The SS (Sanity Scouts) will consist of beautiful women of all races, and not just the blonde Arian women we see on Fox news. They will carry cards of many colors, and hold them up when they hear a lie. They will blow a quiet dog whistle. After the meeting the press will surround the SS and ask why they gave Kristi a Red Card. No more men grabbing men, throwing them to the ground to show righteous dominance over other men. This is sick.

“Ha! Ha! You didn’t think we could render you powerless, where you cant move – or open your mouth! What color underwear are you wearing?”

The Jessie Scouts were irregular soldiers during the American Civil War on the side of the Union who frequently operated in the territory of the Confederate States of America.[1][2]

The unit was created by John C. Frémont and named in honor of his wife, rather than of a Colonel Jessie, who was himself a myth.[3] The initial Jessie Scout unit was formed in St. Louis, Missouri early in the war as the plan to develop independent scouts was implemented. The first man to command the scouts was Captain Charles C. Carpenter.[4][5] During insurgency missions the Jessie Scouts wore Confederate uniforms with a white handkerchief over their shoulders to signify their allegiance to friendly troops, and numbered around 58 for much of the war. They were commanded by Major Henry Young from November 1864 until the end of the war.[6] In February 1865 they captured Harry Gilmor and killed Guerilla leader Captain George W Stump.[7]

“And so I came to the press conference to hear what she had to say, to see if I could learn any new additional information,” the senator said, emphasizing that he was there peacefully.

DHS spokesperson Tricia McLaughlin alleged Padilla did not identify himself before approaching the podium.

“Senator Padilla chose disrespectful political theatre and interrupted a live press conference without identifying himself or having his Senate security pin on as he lunged toward Secretary Noem,” she said in a post on X. “Mr. Padilla was told repeatedly to back away and did not comply with officers’ repeated commands. @SecretService thought he was an attacker and officers acted appropriately.”

Pickett’s execution of 22 captured Union Army soldiers, from North Carolina at New Bern, was then under investigation. Pickett, fearing prosecution, fled with his wife and son to Canada. Testimony at the hearings, including that of wartime North Carolina Governor Zebulon Vance, alleged that at least some of the executed men had belonged to local militias and been unwillingly transferred to the regular Confederate army in “violation of their enlistment agreement,” and thus should not have been treated as deserters and shot.[68] Pickett remained out of the country for a year until hearing that, at the recommendation of Ulysses S. Grant, the investigation had ended. Pickett returned to the United States with his family in 1866 to work as an insurance agent and farmer in Norfolk, Virginia.[8]

Fort Pickett (formerly Fort Barfoot)

Fort Pickett, previously Fort Barfoot, is located in Nottoway County. It was renamed for Van T. Barfoot — a World War II hero and Medal of Honor recipient — in March 2023.

It returns to being Fort Pickett in honor of Distinguished Service Cross recipient 1st Lt. Vernon W. Pickett. The original namesake was Confederate general George Edward Pickett.

Vernon W. Pickett reportedly “crawled forward and destroyed two enemy positions with grenades,” while pinned down by gunfire during World War II, according to the release. He escaped from a transport train with fellow POWs and rejoined his unit. He was then killed in action.

RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — Several U.S. Army bases, including three in Virginia, will return to their original Confederate-linked names. However, their official namesakes were changed to comply with an act of Congress.

During his speech at Fort Bragg on Tuesday, June 10, in North Carolina, during the 250th Army anniversary event, President Donald Trump announced that he wished to revert several bases, including Fort Walker, back to their former Confederate-linked names.

According to Section 1749(a) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2020, the Secretary of the Army implements these changes. The act for that particular fiscal year specifically addresses the renaming of military installations — particularly Fort Cavazos, which is to revert to its former name, Fort Hood, according to Congress.

However, a prohibition within that act prohibits “names related to the Confederacy” from being used.

On Wednesday, June 11, the Army shared that they would “take all necessary actions to change the names of seven Army installations in honor of heroic soldiers who served in conflicts ranging from the Civil War to the Battle of Mogadishu.”

Notably, these soldiers all share the same last name as the Confederate each respective fort was previously named after — allowing the Trump administration to restore the original names while complying with the act.

Five of the bases’ new namesakes received the Medal of Honor, three received the Distinguished Service Cross and one received the Silver Star.

On Wednesday, the Army said that the following name changes will take effect:

Fort Lee (formerly Fort Gregg-Adams)

Fort Lee, previously Fort Gregg-Adams, is located in Prince George County. It was renamed in April 2023 in honor of two Black army pioneers: Lt. Gen. Arthur Gregg and Lt. Col. Charity Adams.

It returns to being Fort Lee in honor of Medal of Honor recipient Pvt. Fitz Lee, who, during the Spanish-American War, went under direct enemy fire to save wounded soldiers from the battlefield during an assault in Cuba.

The original namesake was Confederate commander Robert E. Lee.

Fort A.P. Hill (formerly Fort Walker)

Fort A.P. Hill, previously Fort Walker, is located in Caroline County. It was renamed in August 2023 after Civil War surgeon and Medal of Honor recipient Mary Walker.

It returns to being Fort A. P. Hill in honor of Medal of Honor recipient Lt. Col. Edward Hill, 1st Sgt. Robert A. Pinn and Pvt. Bruce Anderson. Its original namesake was Ambrose Powell Hill, Jr., a Confederate general.

Each of the three men separately “executed significant actions” during Cold Harbor, Chapin’s Farm and Fort Fisher, North Carolina, in support of the U.S. Army during the Civil War, according to the release.

Fort Hood (formerly Fort Cavazos)

Fort Hood, previously Fort Cavazos, is located in Texas. It was renamed after Gen. Richard E. Cavazos, a Texas native and the U.S. Army’s first Hispanic four-star general.

It returns to being Fort Hood in honor of Distinguished Service Cross recipient Col. Robert B. Hood. The original namesake was Confederate general John Bell Hood.

Near Thiaucourt, France, the captain directed artillery fire under machine gun fire. The release said that his gun crew was “lost to enemy fire,” but that he returned within minutes to fight back.

Fort Gordon (formerly Fort Eisenhower)

Fort Gordon, previously Fort Eisenhower, is located in Georgia. It was renamed after World War II veteran and former president Dwight D. Eisenhower.

It returns to being Fort Gordon in honor of Medal of Honor recipient Master Sgt. Gary I. Gordon. Its original namesake was Confederate general and former Georgia senator John Brown Gordon.

During the 1993 Battle of Mogadishu, Somalia, Gary Gordon volunteered to defend wounded crew members at a helicopter crash site and hold off enemies, reportedly “protecting the pilot after exhausting all his ammunition.”

Fort Polk (formerly Fort Johnson)

Fort Polk, formerly Fort Johnson, is located in Louisiana. It was renamed after World War I veteran William Henry Johnson.

It returns to being Fort Polk in honor of Silver Star recipient Gen. James H. Polk, a commanding officer of the Third Cavalry Group during European operations in World War II. Its original namesake was Confederate general Leonidas Polk.

James H. Polk led Third Army Advances as part of Task Force Polk and also served as the commander-in-chief of U.S. Army Europe.

Fort Rucker (formerly Fort Novosel)

Fort Rucker, formerly Fort Novosel, is located in Alabama. It was renamed after Chief Warrant Officer Michael J. Novosel, an aviator and Medal of Honor recipient.

It returns to being Fort Rucker in honor of Distinguished Service Cross recipient Capt. Edward W. Rucker. Its original namesake was Confederate colonel Edmund Rucker.

During World War I, the captain fought during a battle in France and disrupted “enemy movements and completed their mission against overwhelming odds,” according to the release.

Jessie Scouts and The Presidents

Posted on June 1, 2023 by Royal Rosamond Press

I have been trying to form The New Jessie Scouts to do battle with the enemy within.

Jessie Scouts and The Presidents

Proposal to The President of the United States, President of Stanford, and Oregon State for a name swap between the Democrats and Republicans.

Dear Presidents: My late sister, Christine Rosamond Benton, married Garth Benton, a cousin of the famous artist, Thomas Hart Benton, the grandson of the famous Senator, by the same name whose name was removed from Benton Hall on the campus of Oregon State by members of that college’s History Department. The reasons given, were pretty generic, White Men wanted the land belonging to Native Americans – and they took it. Benton allegedly owned slaves, like Washington and Jefferson, but, his wife and daughter came out against Slavery. Jessie Benton married John Fremont, a co-founder of the Republican Party, and the first GOP candidate for President. The people of Oregon named a large area of Oregon after Thomas Hart, because he threatened to go to war with the British, again. Benton was John Astor’s attorney. Jessie was good friends of the Astor family. Thomas Hart was a partner of Daniel Boone in the Transylvania Company. How many children of Trappers put up the money to build Benton Hall? Surely they, and families that came along the Oregon Trail Fremont blazed – wanted a college to be a monument to Western Culture and Society. Many Freemasons contributed.

I have not read Ray’s full report that I assume does not contain a study on how many attempts and successes exist for the attempts the White Race made to get along with the Natives – and respect their treaties. Would a MORAL approach, work? Did it work? Can Stanford and Oregon State do a study – and publish the shining examples? Is MORALITY an issue – going forward. Perhaps students at Norte Dame de Namur can do a religious study. Perhaps this Catholic College has information on my great great grandparents being dug up in the middle of the night – and thrown in a hole in the Union Cemetery in Redwood City – in order to build the Lodge in Twin Pines Park?

I own one of the largest blogs in the world, For five days Royal Rosamond Press has been reporting on the photograph of the Janke tombstone’s. There appears to be three people buried in the same grave. Were they interred – properly? Were members of my family invited to conduct a ceremony? Carl Janke is a California Pioneer – who is associated with several State Militias. Recently, the Three Percenters offered to be the bodyguards of Oregon Republican’s Legislators – when they ran away and disappeared. They have repeated their performance and brought Oregon’s Government to a halt. Will Oregon State be affected by this ongoing IDENTITY CRISIS the Southerners are having with the Abolition of Slavery and the Civil Rights Movement? How did the Militias of South Carolina treat the Cherokee?

I decided to write the Three Presidents after coming to the conclusion I APPEAR to be the perfect Republican Candidate for President of the United States – if you look at my ancestor – Carl Janke! Uh-oh! What just occurred to me – Good Ol Carl may not be in that Hole of Shame along with his wife and mother-in-law. Why bother paying for a hole? Was there much left to bury? Well, why not put their remains in a black plastic bag – and place a pre-ordered grave marker on the New Sacred Ground of a Illustrious Odd Fellows and founder of a Turnverein Hall in San Francisco. Carl bought six portable houses around the Cape in 1848, and put them up in Belmont.

I became a Republican after Obama became President in order to stop the Great Divisions .Last night I heard Christie going after Trump and DeSantis as he announced he is candidate in John Fremont’s Party. Christy did not list any attributes. Ron appears to be wearing the dirty skin of the Transgenders, and the Pro-Abortionists in order to get a lot of attention. These are Moral Issues. Trump is thumping his chest again, claiming he is overflowing with German Genes. Looking at all the illustrations and old pics of the Gun Carrying Patriots that surrounded my kin, I realized that if I started bashing and shaming LGBTQ folk, Black Lives Matter, and all Wokers, then all I got to do is flash pics of my Militia Kin marching about – and I’m in The White House!

I got involved in renaming Lane County because Joseph Lane was Pro-Confederate. I suggested we refer to his grandson, Harry Lane who was not like his ancestor. Jessie Benton was not like her father -for sure! The Jessie Scouts were named after her. They were a clandestine militia unit that spied on the Habsburgs in Mexico, along with the French. Jessie claimed the British were about to DUMP ten thousand Irish-Catholic Rebels in Central California, and would have done d if were not for my kin, John Fremont.

There is a lot of talk about Christian Identity, and Christian Nationalism. We need a Presidential Report. We need two major universities to do a study of a Party Name Swap. These are not Republicans’. They are Anarchists – even Traitors! Can I sue to get my families party – back? Can I get the Jankes put back in their – final resting place? Four members of the Janke family were evicted from the Odd Fellows Cemetery, were rescued by another relative, and put in a beautiful crypt.

Millions of Republicans have come to believe our Constitution was written to protect Christians from non-Christians – who were white! The only atheists’ – were native Americans. There is much evidence Christians believed they owned a divine destiny that was backed by Gunmen. The Tree Percenters see themselves as Christians. Another great grandfather was the Puritan leader, John Wilson, who is in Hawthorne’s ‘The Scarlet Letter.. The Puritans did a loy of shaming. Have you heard of the Carpetbaggers? How about…The Shame Baggers as the name of the Party of Shamers?

Shaming others leads to violence. I am not for a show of force employing weapons, unless it is against a foreign enemy. I discovered I am kin to Ian Fleming, and am authoring two Bond books, wherein no weapons are brandished. When I saw Putin’s Cossacks whipping Pussy Riot, I had my female Bond fall in love with her female bodyguard. Hence, I read the reasons why Russians invaded Ukraine, delivered by Patriarch Kirill, and they resemble what motivates the Governor of Florida and the Republicans of Oregon. They believe they have been ordained to go on a moral crusade. Fremont authored the first emancipation of the slaves of Missouri, where Senator Benton served for thirty years. Carl Janke and his family, are in the Benton Family Tree. I have talked to one Cemetery Agency that governs burials so loved ones will not be abused.

I just posted a home movie in the Ventura Camarillo Historic Society Facebook. My mother almost married Marsh Lewis who compiled and sent her this video near the end of his life They owned the lima bean fields. Rosemary Rosamond appears next to the sea, and is shooting a pistol. Does anyone know the names of the Lewis brothers, and what beach? They were friends with the head doctor at the new Camarillo hospital. My mother married the great grandson of Carl Janke.
