Is Trump Guilty of International Bribery?

Dear Governor;

I am alarmed that President Trump has threatened to stop funding for the Post Office unless Amazon raise their fees. Trump also threatened a Governor who refuses to end Transgender Sports. To top it off, Trump threatened the President of Ukraine, saying that if he did not sign a contract giving the U.S. mineral rights, he would not be supportive of the War Against Aggression. That our President alters history by creating the fiction Ukraine invaded Russia, is EXTORTION and BRIBERY – that borders on BLACKMAIL!

“If you dont; do as I say, I will tell your wife I saw you with another woman!”

I suspect Trump unveiled Elon Musk as his Phantom of the Opera, that gets to work behind the scenes, and access our Government through subterranean tunnels and staircases. Together they give the impression they have full access to all our Government Money – when they don’t! They are using this money to BRIBE Governors, Nations, and the American People. They even talk about giving some of the money they captured in their fake fraud investigation – back to some people! This is BRIBARY! All this circumnavigates the Constitution who gave Congress the duty, and sacred right of appropriating our tax money in a Democratic Way with dignity and respect!

I read you are going to allow Amazon to build another giant complex in Oregon – and give them a tax break – which can be seen as a BRIBE! Please hold several forums on these matters. We don’t want Trump’s Phantom digging tunnels under our State, and undermining our State Democracy!

Sincerely

John Presco

Secretary of State Marco Rubio has charged that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky is trying to “hustle” the US by claiming in public that he unilaterally rejected a deal to sign away half of his nation’s rare earth minerals — while telling American negotiators in private that he would discuss the matter with Kyiv’s legislature.

Rubio said the misrepresentation enraged him, Vice President JD Vance, and Russia and Ukraine special envoy Keith Kellogg after the trio met Zelensky at the Munich Security Conference last weekend and discussed the finer points of the $500 billion economic investment deal, which the Trump administration has described as a security guarantee to Kyiv.

“I was personally very upset,” the diplomat told independent journalist Catherine Herridge in a video interview posted on X Thursday night. “We discussed this issue about the mineral rights, and we explained to them, ‘Look, we want to be in joint venture with you, not because we’re trying to steal from your country, but because we think that’s actually a security guarantee.’”

Zelensky told the American trio that he wanted to make the deal happen and that it “makes all the sense in the world” — but needed to run it by Kyiv’s parliament, the Verkhovna Rada, for approval.

“I read two days later that Zelensky is out there saying, ‘I rejected the deal. I told him, “No way,” that we’re not doing that.’ That’s not what happened in that meeting,” Rubio said.

Trump threatens to block aid for U.S. Postal Service if it does not raise prices for Amazon

U.S. President Trump leads the daily coronavirus task force briefing at the White House in Washington

WASHINGTON (Reuters) – President Donald Trump on Friday threatened to block federal aid for the U.S. Postal Service unless it raises shipping rates for online companies like Amazon.com, prompting criticism that the move would hurt consumers relying more than usual on packages during the coronavirus outbreak.

The president has long accused the post office of charging too little for packages, saying that deliveries for Amazon and others cost the service money. Amazon founder and CEO Jeff Bezos owns the Washington Post newspaper, which Trump has accused of unfair coverage of his administration.

“The Postal Service is a joke. Because they’re handing out packages for Amazon and other internet companies, and every time they bring a package, they lose money on it,” Trump told reporters in the Oval Office. “The Post Office should raise the price of a package by approximately four times.”

The president also accused post office officials of being “very cozy” with big online merchants.

Trump made the remarks at a ceremony to sign a $484 billion coronavirus relief bill designed to help small businesses and hospitals and assist in testing for the virus, which has killed more than 50,000 Americans.

The Postal Service has said that it may not be able to continue service past September without help. The U.S. Congress has authorized the Treasury Department to lend it up to $10 billion as part of an earlier $2.3 trillion coronavirus stimulus package.

Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin, who attended Friday’s signing, told reporters that his team was meeting with post office officials “and actually, we are going to put certain criteria for a postal reform program as part of the loan.”

Treasury officials have told top postal service officials that they may ask for changes in how the service manages its finances as part of the loan, including what it charges to deliver packages, The Washington Post reported on Thursday.00:01US probes UnitedHealth’s Medicare billing practices, WSJ reports

Trump told Mnuchin at the event he would not support aid unless the postal service raised its rates.

“If they don’t do it, I’m not signing anything and … I’m not authorizing you to do anything,” Trump said.

Later on Friday, the president said that he wanted the post office to be updated but wanted to make sure it would survive.

“I will never let our Post Office fail,” he tweeted. “The people that work there are great, and we’re going to keep them happy, healthy, and well!”

The Package Coalition, whose members include Amazon, eBay and others, said that raising prices to deliver packages would mean Americans would pay higher prices.

“Now, when Americans need affordable and reliable package delivery service more than ever, Congress must fight to guarantee emergency relief for the Postal Service and stop this package tax,” said coalition Chairman John McHugh in an email statement.

The president was asked on Fox News about concerns that the Trump administration is interfering with the post office in order to impact voting in the November presidential election. The Postal Service has removed hundreds of mail-processing machines across the country and warned dozens of states that it may not be able to process mail-in ballots in time to be counted in the Nov. 3 presidential election. At the same time, it faces widespread mail delays and has seen its financial woes increase as a result of the coronavirus pandemic.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., is calling the House back into session, cutting lawmakers’ summer recess short as concerns grow among Democrats over whether the Trump White House is trying to undermine the Postal Service ahead of the election.

Trump said the post office could solve its financial issues by raising delivery rates to offset alleged delivery costs fueled by online retailers. “This guy is supposed to be so wealthy, so let him pay for it,” Trump added, appearing to refer to Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos.
