I am making plans to hold a ceremony and dance before the graves of my ancestors, that were evicted from under a Bay Tree in Twin Pines Park – where I want to conduct another ceremony. There are three people in one grave in the Union Cemetery – who did not die at the same time! Was this grave opened twice to accommodate my Dead? This is a curse that has to be removed. We will bring our Dead to rest in the Stuttmeister crypt in Colma – so the curse can be lifted!
I have many relative that stem from Rose, Dora, Lulu, and William Janke! Their spirits rejoice at the just efforts of the Family Elder – who is me! We a a 49er Family – who has been deprived of this moniker and all the monetary benefits this title affords the honored few!

Carl Augustus Janke was a local merchant in the city of Belmont, California he founded Belmont Park in 1865 which was modeled after a German beer garden. Janke subsequently he founded a local soft drink bottling plant, the first industry for the town of Belmont.
