There is no beach at Rocky Point and all the attorneys that worked with Robert Brevoort Buck knew it! Alan Fox, who owned the house my family stayed in – should have known it! Shannon Rosamond Benton’s attorney, Phil Stimic, should have filed a ‘Wrongful Death Suit’, and both my nieces would have been rolling in the dough – till they day they die!
There is no REAL DEATH SCENE for Drew Benton!
“Rosamond was an artist who was swept off a local beach and drowned by a rogue wave while she was walking on the beach with her sister and young daughter. There had been many years of discord in the family which only intensified by this tragic death. Both the descendant’s ex-husband and petitioner. SHANNON ROSAMOND BENTON (“petitioner”) had petitioned to administer the estate, and Judge Silver decided that an independent administer would be appreciated!”
Did Garth Benton know there was no beach at Rocky Point?. Did he and Christine eat at the Rocky Point restaurant and look down at – THE BEACH? How about Buck and Morris? Did they eat there?
I told Shannon there is no Death Scene for her mother, and thus there can be no probate. Morris blessed a book and movie where the Seeds of Family Discord was fertilized with many lies, such as – there was looting after the funeral, and – I caused the suicide of my childhood friend when I did not pass a love letter from Rosamond to Bill Arnold. Christine was sixteen and I was seventeen. We were legally children. Sydney Morris gave permission to outsiders to write a book and make a movie. Both the book and script are chock full of family discord! But, this is good, because no family members would realize a profit from this literary/ movie discord. If we had money – would we create more dreaded discord? How do most attorneys make a living? D-I-V-O-R-C-E
I demand the Fraudulent Probate of Christine Rosamond Benton be erased from the records of the Monterrey Superior Court, and the law firm headed by Robert Brevoort Buck pay members of my family $60,000,000 million dollars in damages!
There is discord in millions of families. Why should members of my family be disqualified from any legal right, and, our alleged discord used TO PUT A BEACH WHERE THERE NEVER WAS A BEACH! I contend this Evil Act of Playing God, contributed to the death of…

I demand a probate for Drew – get under way! I demand all Drew Benton’s belonging be seized and stored in a Holding Company. I demand Sydney Morris pay for said storage, and a neutral attorney to represent Shannon and my interests. I demand the Governor of Arizona, launch a full investigation as to why my niece has TWO DEATHS – at TWO DIFFERENT TIMES!
I bid all those who loved Christine and Drew to end THE WALL OF LIES by using this site at the top of this post to see Rocky Point for themselves – and search for the elusive – BEACH!
I highly suggest Alan Fox, an alleged Art Lover, offer a reward of $10,000 dollars to anyone who can find A BEACH! Christine knew i was SUIDIDE to go down in that cove! Would you bring your child down there? Look at the Rocky Point Restaurant at the end of this video.
Now lets look at the word “walking”. Do you see anywhere to walk down there? Remove the water! How could you walk on these rocks? You need a BEACH to walk on. See the pic above. I was very protective of my younger sister. I would never let her – or my niece – go down by the water! Drew ended up in the frothy waves, too, and almost drowned! She survived, only to have two, deaths, in two places, at different times! Buck set up the Buck Foundation that is worth two bullion dollars! How could it be Drew ended up in an icebox for thirty days, and no family could be found? Was there any legal papers in her studio with the names HEISINGER, BUCK, MORRIS, on them? How come none of these men bought both my nieces burial plots?
Below is a painting of Drew and Christine WALKING on a beach. Note Drew’s legs. Is the Artist Rosamond celebrating her daughter’s first steps in her work of art? Her hand has let go of her mother’s hand. Who has seen this – but me? Would I have made a great Executor of the Rosamond Estate?
