Capturing Beauty

I began this post over a week ago after I read a sample of McCarty’s history of Belmont, that Drew Taylor Rosamond Benton inherited. This story in pictures begins with a photo of a faux Ferry tale-like French tower that appears to be……leaning? There is a plaque. I am going to petition the City of Belmont to declare this tower a Belmont Historic Monument. The old plaque will have a mate that reads

“Here lie the beautiful dreams of Carl and Dorothea Janke and all their descendants, not at rest, but forever busy making the Dreams of Tomorrow.”

The door will be sealed – after the urn of Drew’s ashes are placed within! On the door will be another plaque, that reads

“Dedicated to the memory of Fair Rosamond.”

It seems likely that she was already ill when she entered the priory and she died in 1176. Henry paid for a lavish tomb within the convent church, at which the nuns left floral tributes on a daily basis. In the years following Rosamund’s death, Henry endowed the convent with 2 churches at Wycombe and Bloxham, new buildings and substantial amounts of building materials. Rosamund’s father, Walter, granted the abbey mills and a meadow, for the souls of his wife and daughter.

Unfortunately, however, Rosamund was not allowed to rest in peace. In 1190 when  the saintly Bishop Hugh of Lincoln visited Godstow he was horrified that Rosamund’s tomb had a place of honour within the church and ordered her remains to be removed. The tomb was resited in the nun’s chapter house, with an accompanying inscription admonishing her lifestyle:

This tomb doth here enclose the world’s most beauteous Rose,

Rose passing sweet erewhile, now nought but odour vile.²

“All’s well…..that ends well!”

A Story Told With Truths

On September 5, 2025, I filled out the death certificate of my niece, Drew Benton. The folks at FedEx had a clue as to what I was doing, thus, I was not alone. There were living humans around me. This was, helpful. I made a short video of what I was doing, for histories sake. I wanted a record – of it! what is -it? The answer has to be life, because the dead are not into history. History is for the living. Yet, we humans have done some major trespassing into….The Land of the Dead! We living have assumed all kinds of strange e things ar occurring. Being brought up Catholic, I pondered the idea of Purgatory. Was it every Wednesday that we were let out of school to go to the Nuns house for our Catechism Lessons. I found this a very ethereal – happening! I loved how it was boxed ands hipped out of the normal reality most of my schoolmates were not privy to. Purgatory was like The Land Grant from the Native Americans. Without having to do anything special to deserve it – there we were – prepping for the next, and ultimate step.

When Doctor Stuttmeister was informed, or, perhaps he heard it on the news, that His Dead are going to be dug up form the Oddfellows graveyard in San Francisco had to deeply contemplate if this was the worse thing that was ever going to happen to hi – and his dead relatives. Could there be something more outrageously ghoulish, and sacrilegious, to expect? Yesterday, I read what – had arrived. I read a sample of Cynthia McCarthy’s book ‘Belmont: Images of America’. Alas, I have arrived. I am in…..BHELL, which s the antechamber to HELL. od

I’m alive!

Above is a photo of me on Mount Tamalpais in 1975 taken by my lover, Gloria Ehlers, whom I lived with for three years. When I was thirteen, Bill and I camped here. Every summer we came here for our communion. For a week, we practiced our religion. We used to lie down in the middle of the warm road after the sun had set looking up at the stars as they appear. Tens of millions of people have seen this road in countless car commercials. We never felt so alive! It is time for me to shout from this mountain top, and put my survivor’s guilt aside. I’ve had a glorious life in spite of my grievous setbacks, and, have seen God! Tamalaias means ‘Sleeping Maiden’. This is the one I have come to awaken, with a kis

When Christine and Vicki were ten and six, an angel bathed in a blue light appear at the foot of Christine Rosamond’s bed. Kay, the old crone, saw a bright blue light enter her bedroom while she slept. I began my autobiography ‘Bonds With Angels’ in 1992. I believe the Rose Mystica has intervened in my families lives for the reason she wants to a Protestant, a Jew, a Muslim, a Hindu, a Buddhist, ect. ect. because long ago she was captured by the wrong church, that became the Catholic church. The other name of my autobiography was ‘Capturing Beauty’.

I look so much like Victor and William Stuttnmister in this photo. My father was named after these two brothers who came from Berlin, where our kindred are buried. A statue of Jesus guards their remains. His hands are saying “These are mine!”

From that monument to the dead, to a mountain top in California! Let this be said about my kindred……..”We’re alive!”

I have awoken the Mystical Rose, as promised!

Christine Rosamond Benton was born in Vallejo California October 24,
1947. Christine is the second child of four born to Victor William
Presco, and Rosemary Rosamond, the granddaughter of the Back to the
Earth writer and Poet, Royal Rosamond.. Royal married Mary Magdalene
Wieneke and was the proprietor of Ventura’s first general store. The
beautiful Rosamond women grew up a hundreds yards from the Pacific
Ocean and can be titled the Quintessential California Girls.
Christine employed several family members as models, including her
young nephews.

Before Rosemary and her three sisters reached their teens, Royal
moved to the Ozarks (Eminence Missouri) to write about the Scotch-
Irish Hillbillies that would make the artist Thomas Hart Benton
famous. Christine would marry Thomas’s cousin, the artist and
muralist, Garth Benton. They would have one child, Drew Benton, who
is the child we see in Rosamond’s `Beach’ being led by Christine’s
artistic hand along the seashore. Here is the hand that drew, that
beckoned many women to take charge of their life, overcome all
obstacles, and realize their dreams. On March 24, 1994, Drew and
Christine were swept off a dramatic cliff at Rocky Point near Carmel.
In a heroic attempt to save her daughter, which she just managed to
do, this world famous artist was swept out to sea and drowned.

In 1953 Christine and her family moved into the Victorian home of
William Broderick located on the corner of 13th. Avenue, and East
29th. Street in Oakland. William had married Alice Stuttmeister, the
daughter of Doctor Frederick William Stuttmeister, a dentist who
lived (or had an office) at 315 Sutter Street.. This address is
listed in `Who’s Who in Art’ and is located in the heart of San
Francisco’s Gallery area.

The Stuttmeister owned an estate on Berlin Road in Germany and were
Free-thinkers, also known as the Forty-Eighters.after the thousands
of Europeans who fled Europe after a revolt against royalty and the
Catholic church, failed. The Stuttmeisters fled to Chile and then
came to San Francisco where they would be listed in the `Who’s Who In
San Francisco’ and `San Francisco Pioneer Families’. Doctor
Stuttmeister married Auguste Janke, the daughter of the co-founder of
Belmont California, Carl (Charles) Janke who owned a theme park he
titled `Tanforan’. Belmont historians say Tanforan was a village in
Germany, but recent research suggests the Janke family allowed the
Turnverein Society to hold gymnastic events here on the weekends. A
citation in the Daughters of the American Revolution says Carl Janke
brought six portable houses around the Cape in 1850, and erected them
in Belmont in hope of selling them to Forty-Niners that had struck it
rich in the gold fields. Two of these portable homes were moved to
Delores Street in the Mission district, and are listed as the two
oldest homes in San Francisco. One of the homes was bought by Count
Leonetto Cipriani, a Italian Senator and a relative of Napoleon.

The Count did some extensive additions, and in 1864, William
Ralston `The Man Who Built San Francisco’ purchased Cipriani’s villa,
and did further remodeling. Ralston Hall was titled `The White House
of the West’ and was the meeting place for many California artists
and writers. Mark Twain and Bret Hart were amongst the Bohemians who
found cultural sanctuary in a house put together with screws. William
Ralston was instrumental in founding the San Francisco Art
Association that was located on Pine Street overlooking the
California Stock exchange. Members of the Bohemian Club met in the
same building. Here one could find Joaquin Miller and Bret Hart who
was the discovery of Jesse Benton the wife of the Pathfinder, John
Fremont, whom the city of Fremont California was named after.

Joaquin Miller lived in the Oakland Hills above the Stuttmeister farm
and orchard located in the city of Fruitvale that would later be
incorporated into the city of Oakland. Miller was titled the `Poet of
the Sierras’. His farm was called `The Heights’ and was a Mecca for
California artists and poets. This eccentric Bohemian was friends of
William Broderick and would accompany Melba Charlotte Broderick, the
mother of Victor Presco, to San Francisco where Melba met her
husband, Hugo Presco, a professional gambler in the Barbary Coast.
Miller carried the infant father of Rosamond on these adventures that
proved too much for Melba who divorced Hugo when Victor, Melba’s only
child, was three years of age. Joaquin Miller was invited to England
by the Pre-Raphaelite poet and artist, Dante Gabriel Rossetti, and
had dinner at his house with most of the Brotherhood present. The
four Presco children would converse with Miller’s daughter on the
phone, she calling herself `The White Witch’..

Victor Presco operated Acme Produce out of a Victorian warehouse
located at Fourth and Webster street in Jack London Square. His two
sons, Mark and Greg Presco, began to work the summers with their
father when they were eight and nine. Victor dreamed of becoming a
millionaire via a family owned business. He had turned down an offer
made by his Stuttmeister aunts who wanted Vic to run their family
owned moving company. Vic had gone to Oakland High School with the
two Jenson boys that Melba took into her home after their parents
died in a automobile accident. Jackie Jenson played for the New York
Yankees.

Victor emulated Jack London and modeled his life after London’s
novel `The Sea Wolf’. This is why Vic joined the Merchant Marines
after graduating from the San Francisco Naval Academy. While on
leave in Seattle, he met Rosemary Rosamond, who was in the Waves. Due
to her high I.Q. Rosemary worked in a code room spying on the
Russians. Rosemary had dated the Errol Flynn when she was eighteen.
Mary Rosamond chased Errol his friend out of the Rosamond house in
Ventura when they came serenading just before sunrise.

It was these romantic tales, along with the fine art and Victorian
furniture at the Broderick house, that gave Christine’s brother, Greg
Presco the clue that the Prescos were destined for something more
refined then being Lumpers in Oakland’s Produce Market. At eleven
John Gregory Presco showed talent as an artist. When he was twelve,
one of his paintings was chosen to tour the world in a Red Cross
show. Gregory’s watercolor of the produce marked was chosen for the
same show when he was sixteen. This creative gift was attributed to
Royal Rosamond who became estranged from his four beautiful daughters.

In Junior High School, Greg formed an alliance with his childhood
friend, Bill Arnold, who was an artist and playwright. These two
young Bohemians began to turn the Presco home into Art Colony, and
Bohemian Sanctuary after their heroes, Jack London, and George
Serling. Rosemary was raising her children on her own after she
divorced Vic. The house on San Sebastian street in Oakland became a
wonderland for children and many young teenage friends. Christine’s
oldest broth, Mark Presco, was the designated Parent in what could be
considered a commune.

After moving to West Los Angeles in 1962, Greg was determined to
become a famous artist so he could move his family back to San
Sebastian Avenue. Greg dropped out of High School and began to do
large canvases. When Christine would come home from school, Greg
would be waiting for her, they often sitting in the breakfast room
looking at art books. Christine would give Greg credit for her
overnight-success, she thanking him for showing what was good and bad
art.

After leaving his job at May Company, Greg went back up north. He had
gone to live in the Village in New York after seeing an article on
the first Hippies in Life magazine. In San Francisco he moved in with
his childhood friend, Nancy Van Brasch/Hamren who became a Merry
Prankster. Nancy would later work for the Kesey family and have a
yogurt named after her. When Nancy, Greg, and the daughters of the
famous Pasadena artist, Jryl Zorthian, founded the `Idle Hands’
commune in San Francisco, Christine came there to live for a few
months. Christine had dated Brian McLean of the group `Love’. while
attending University High School in W.L.A. Melinda Frank was
Christine’s good friend, she later becoming the subject of a
serigraph she rendered for the family partnership.

In 1971 Christine Rosamond Presco took up a pencil and brush and
began to put her beautiful woman out in the world. She was living in
Santa Monica, living on welfare and barely supporting her oldest
child, Shannon. Not able to get a job, or a babysitter, she looked at
the minor success of her brother Greg as a way to improve he lot in
life. Entering one of her first oil painting in the Westwood Art
Show, a art promoter took note when Priscilla Presley purchased it.
Signing her to a bad contract, Ira Cohen of Ira Roberts Gallery in
Hollywood did not tell Rosamond how famous she was, her renderings of
beautiful, hip, independent women, could be purchased all over the
world. Leaving Ira, Rosamond set out to take control of her art for
the first time.

In 1970, Rosamond’s brother had announced he was a Pre-Raphaelite
artist, and let his hair grow long in emulation of Rossettit and
Swineburn. While walking on the Venus pier with Christine and her
boyfriend, Michael Dundon, a extremely beautiful young woman came out
of a darkened doorway and asked if she could walk with them. It was
after 2:00 A.M. in the morning. Rena Christianson had come from
Nebraska with her boyfriend, but they had gotten separated on Venus
Beach. Rena’s three older sisters were models, and one of them
appeared on the cover of Look Magazine in a bikini. The article was
about the California Bikini craze. Rena became Greg’s cherished
model, and when he came to visit Rosemary and his family, he showed
photographs of the large painting he did of Rena. While Christine
looked over her brother’s shoulder, she wondered if she could do
better. Rena was their Muse.

In 1986 Rosamond married Garth Benton. In 1988 the Bentons formed a
partnership with Lawrence Chazen, a financial advisor for the Getty
family, and partner in the PlumpJack restaurants, along with the
Pelosis and Gavin Newsom. Garth would work on a mural at the old
Getty Museum in Malibu for nine months along with Shannon, who along
with Drew, inherited this important artistic legacy, and this
profound California family history.

The Jealous Historical Society

Dear Mr. Mayor;

Someone on the Belmont Historical Society suggested I have violated their copyright, by posting an image of William Janke, who may be in a family photograph this is posted on their facebook page. About twelve of my posts have been removed, which alarms me, because I offer NEW family information – that could be used without my permission! Being related this famous family does not rate with this clic who are described as “we”. To be invited by an origination connected with the City of Belmont, to contribute your family history, then be treated like you are a outsider and parasite – is outrageous! This goes against the tradition of other Historical Societies – who encourage descendant of famous people to contribute – because there is no telling what they have, or, if they are going to put that Society in their will. I demand a full investigation. I would like to see your bi-laws.

That you allow a post of a Hollywood actress, who just went to school in Belmont, goes against the criteria you apply to me that is TOO SPECIAL. I suspect you don’t like other things I wrote about on my newspaper and are electing yourself to be a police force.

What are you suggesting? Who is us? The Janke family is MY family not your family. Millions of families brag on their family history no matter how mundane. This is all I am doing. I did not come to battle with volenteers who I thought would be glad to hear from descendants of the Founder of Belmont. I thought MY history was being rejected as it was twenty years ago by kin of your famous cop who controlled the city history. I never encountered the way you set up your facebook group and assumed the worst and appologised. I even removed post to show I am not at war with a group of volunteers who may be working on books and have written books. I know being related to historic people gives me an advantage. The Benton’s are kin to the Bonaparte family that Cipriani had extensive relationship with.

The Bonapartes were world famous and were preparing to invade California and had extensive dealings with Cipriani who they may have been trying to employ in their designs on U.S. Territory. Did Cipriani live in Belmont? You brought his name up in our chit-chat. It appears you are preparing to get me banned from your facebook. You appear to be setting me up. Lyrics to Albatross:
The lady comes to the gate dressed in lavender and leather
Looking North to the sea she finds the weather fine
She hears the steeple bells ringing through the orchard
All the way from town
She watches seagulls fly
Silver on the ocean stitching through the waves
The edges of the sky
Many people wander up the hills
From all around you
Making up your memories and thinking they have found you
They cover you with veils of wonder as if you were a bride
Young men holding violets are curious to know if you have cried

What Are Copyright Laws For Old Photos?

If you’ve ever stumbled across an old photo online, it can be tough to tell who really owns the copyright on it. Unfortunately, a lot of people get into legal trouble when they don’t have a clear understanding of copyright laws around old photos. It’s important to clarify these laws before posting any old family image online.

Have you ever looked at an old photo of your family and wondered if it was still protected by copyright? The answer is yes. Copyright laws don’t just apply to published professional works – even the black-and-white photos of your family are subject to copyright. It is important to understand these laws so that you can protect yourself from potential legal issues, as well as ensure that the image remains preserved for future generations. In this article, we will explore what image copyrights are, why they exist, and how you can use them properly.

How Does the Copyright Laws for Old Photos Protect Them?

Copyright is a form of intellectual property law that provides creators with exclusive control over the production and distribution of their work. This legal protection ensures that individuals can benefit financially from their creations and prevent others from profiting off of them without authorization. Copyright also extends to images and photos, which means that image copyrights are necessary to protect a person’s image-based works from unauthorized use.

copyright laws for old photos

Image copyrights exist to provide creators with protections for their image-based works such as photographs, prints, illustrations, and other forms of artwork. These rights give creators the ability to commercially exploit their work and receive payment for any usage or reproduction of it. Additionally, image copyrights serve as an important tool for preserving cultural heritage by protecting these images from being reproduced without permission or used in ways that could be deemed offensive or damaging.

When it comes to determining whether an image is copyrighted or not, there are a few key factors that should be taken into consideration. First and foremost, copyright can only be established if the image was first created after January 1st, 1978. Before this date, any image created before was not eligible for copyright protection due to a lack of technology at the time they were created. Similarly, public domain images are not protected under image copyright laws because they have been made free of any ownership claims by either creator or publisher.

Furthermore, image copyrights are only valid if the image has been registered with the U.S Copyright Office before being published or distributed commercially—meaning registration must occur before display on websites/social media platforms or physical publication in books/magazines/etc. This registration provides additional benefits beyond just copyright protection; it establishes legal proof of ownership which can be used in court if needed.

It is important for everyone – professional photographers and casual photographers alike – to understand image copyrights and how they apply to them so they can take full advantage of all the protections offered by copyright law while also avoiding potential legal issues concerning unauthorized usage of someone else’s work. With copyright laws constantly changing all those involved must stay up-to-date on current regulations so they can ensure the safety and integrity of their imagery as well as gain maximum financial benefit from its use.

Can Old Family Photos Be Copyrighted?

Yes, family photos can be copyrighted. Copyright laws are designed to protect the image-based works of creators, regardless of whether it is a professional photograph or an image of your family – as long as it was created after January 1st, 1978. This copyright protection gives image creators exclusive control over their work and the ability to commercially exploit it while also preventing others from using it without permission.

For a photo to be eligible for copyright protection, it must have been created after 1978 and registered with the US Copyright Office before being published or distributed. Without proper registration, the image may not be eligible for copyright protection and could be subject to unauthorized use by someone else. Image creators must understand these laws to take full advantage of image copyright protections and avoid potential legal issues down the line.

In addition to offering image creators legal protection for their creations, image copyrights also help preserve cultural heritage by preventing images from being misrepresented or used in ways that could damage their intended meaning and purpose. By properly registering one’s work with the US Copyright Office, image creators can maintain control over how their images are used so they can ensure that their work will not be misused or taken advantage of.

At the same time, image copyrights are also important for allowing image creators to benefit financially from their works by receiving payment for any usage or reproduction of it—both online and off. This provides additional incentive for image creators to follow copyright laws as well as encourages them to create new and unique works without fear of someone else taking advantage of them financially.

Image copyrights are an important tool that provides legal protection while also preserving cultural heritage and offering financial benefits to image creators. Understanding these rules is essential to ensure both compliance with copyright law and maximum financial gain from one’s images. With this knowledge in hand, image creators can safeguard themselves against potential legal issues while still benefiting monetarily from their hard work.

Copyright Infringement

Copyright infringement is a major issue in the image industry due to the potential financial, professional, and legal repercussions that can ensue if laws are broken. Image creators have worked hard to create their photographs, and when someone else uses their image without proper authorization or payment it takes away not only from the image creator’s potential earning power but also from their reputation as an image creator.

For example, image creators may be able to sell their images or licenses to use them commercially; however, if someone else uses them without authorization or payment then image creators will not receive any benefit from it. This can be very damaging for image creators because any unlicensed usage of their works could potentially decrease the value of those works; resulting in lost income and lost opportunities for future sales. In some cases, image creators may even be subject to legal action such as copyright infringement lawsuits which can carry hefty fines and other penalties.

In addition to financial losses and legal issues that image creators may face due to copyright infringement, there are also potential cultural implications associated with this problem. If an image is used without permission or without properly crediting the image creator then its original meaning and purpose can be distorted – either intentionally or unintentionally – resulting in a muddying of its intended message/story.

All of these potential problems make copyright infringement a serious issue for image creators and anyone who works with imagery should strive to understand how copyright law applies so they can ensure the protection of their images while avoiding any potential legal issues down the road. Furthermore, understanding these laws helps ensure that both image creators and users are operating within ethical boundaries while helping preserve valuable cultural heritage by preventing the misappropriation of images or other forms of misuse.

I am sorry to hear about Drew.  I have spoken to Shannon from time to time, she was not well, in and out, if you know what I mean.  Let me know if I can help.  I am not clear on the current status.

    With love

  • SaturdayJohn Presco sent the following messages at 8:04 AMView John’s profileJohn Presco  8:04 AMI just found your message. Sorry it took so long to respond. I didn’t mean to leave you hanging – on a precipice!

Your offer to help as a member of Our Family, is very timely. I am poised to pay $1,870 dollars to cremate your cousin. I got a credit card a Selco. I filled out Drew’s death certificate on Sept. 5. When I wrote her parents names, I felt like God. As a genealogist I have gone to those filled in empty spaces and – taken names! “The Lord giveth, and He taketh away.”

Garth and Christine created Drew. Rosemary and Vic, created me. October 8th. is my natal birthday. My sober birthday is April 7th. Christine died a sober sister. And this may be all I come away with, in the end, so despairing is the burden my parents put upon me, that is is unfit for human literature?

For seventy years I have awoken, put my feet on the floor, and put on my Magicians Hat. We grow weary of having to run – the show! I’m glad to be witness to you – letting it go! I have pondered long why Mark did not make more magic in his life and share it freely. I conclude his need to do well, while everyone around him, fails, set him up – for failure! He couldn’t let it go – this need.

So, allow me to record one last magical image. There we be, the three of us, standing on the edge of the abyss, beholding an outstanding sunset, and, sharing the glory of God’s Creation.

I need your help. I need to go to Belmont and look at our history on the History Room. Faux historians have banished me. Our great grandfather was dug up from under a Bay tree in the middle of the night, and thrown in a mass grave in Redwood  City. If you can take a day off from work, I would love to be with you in the Stuttmeister crypt in Colma, then go to Belmont, then, stand over the grave of our ancestors at the Union Cemetery.  I will put some of Drew’s ashes here. We are looking at a month from now.

    Best regards to our Family

    Uncle John

Capturing Beauty

by

John Presco

ALL RIGHTS RESERVED

On this day, July 19, 2024….I John Presco lay claim to all land described in this document signed by the Mayor of Belmont on March 8, 1975. This document has the Seal of Belmont City attached. It shows a succession of women down to Doris Vannier, who is dead. I claim this succession for myself, and my daughter. The Mayor decreed

CARL JANKE DAY

It describes the boundaries of the Janke property that he purchased from Governor McDougall. I am composing a letter to Governor Newsom wherein I bid him to investigate all archives and history for one of the First Governors of California. I bid him, and Stanford, where Jenny Newson attended, investigate all these matters, and conduct an archeological dig under the “fabulous Bay tree”. I suspect the Janke grave markers were moved in the middle of the night – but not their remains! Therefore, they were not re-interred in the Union Cemetery – where another dig should take place.

I suspect Carl Janke and a previous Mayor of Belmont dedicated the Janke graves, and chartered another Janke Day. Stanford should conduct a genealogical and DNA record – just in case!

My grandmother Melba looks like the women in the pics. They have thin hair. Now add my grandfather, Royal Rosamond, who was the father-in-law of Victor Presco, then, we own the history of Belmont – and beyond! Royal was the publisher of Gem magazine and author of several books. The Hub – fits in!

Being Reborn

Posted on October 8, 2011 by Royal Rosamond Press

When I went to visit my sister Vicki four months ago, I looked through Rosemary’s jewelry box, and found this written on a little piece of paper. I gasped. My family aksed me what the matter is. “I’ve been reborn in these words I found!”

The Child plays
The toy boat sailes acorssthe pond
The work now has just begun
Oh child
Look what you have done

Here are my words I wrote ten years ago.

Before my death I beheld a terrible war. Out of every crashing wave came knights
on horseback they each carrying a banner that contained their families coat of
arms. It lasted an eternity. I had to walk away.I was suddenly a small boy
around three years of age. I was sitting naked in the sand watching my naked
parents playing cards and drinking from crystal goblets. I looked down at the
cards, and they were all face cards, and they were alive, and they were all
talking to me. I could not understand what they were saying because they spoke
in different languages. Their faces were very serious, they in agony at not
being understood. I looked at my parents faces, and they were very much in love,
and thus, only had eyes for each other. They took sips from ther goblets, and
ignored the talking face cards.”What are you doing mother and father?” I asked
innocently.”We’re playing son. Just playing.”

The Golden Gate on Judgement Day

In my revelations about Joe Wilson, Anthoney Hodges, and Denne Sweeney, I said I
was going to South Carolina and on Yom Kippur I would enter the doors of the
Beth Elohim in Charleston, South Carolina that I concluded is the New Temple of
the New Zion built by the Sephardic Jews who were engaged in the slave trade. I
was going to cleanse this temple of the evil of slavery. I said, I would awaken
the Shekinah and some would see God. This all had to do with the fight over
Southern graves, and who would tend to the dead, including my Rose of the World
kinfolk.

Some Christians are saying the Hand of God struck Samoa and Sumatra. Tsunami
warnings were given at Malibu Beach, and there was a sea surge on the Oregon
Coast. Note the two pillars in the ocean and the sunsetting between them. This
photo come from the tsunami warning article. Not the two pillars and the sun
between them on the Death card. Is this a sunset, rather then sunrise?

Four days ago I talked with my daughter, Heather, about driving her old car to
South Carolina, but then saw I would not have time to get there for the Day of
Atonement and confront the Neo-Confederate Nazis. I would be wearing the armour
of a Teutonic Knight. I would be carrying a banner with a White Rose.
Revelation 20:13 And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and
hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man
according to their works.

Was the Sumatra Earthquake and Tsunami From God?

You have probably seen the claims yourself by now. After big tragedies like this
happen, some always come out saying that this event was a “judgement from God.”
I heard one ministry say, “God did it.”

When I read all of Luke in 1989, I asked Jesus to appear to me in the Family
Darkness I was looking at in regards to Incest. He appeared and said to me; “I
and my Father in Heaven are already working on this. Spiritual Courage will be
met with spiritual courage.”

“Was there any indication to Khara in her vision, or the cards themselves, of
death or impending doom? Did Christine have any concerns in that regard? “My
work is about health and forgiveness and self-worth. A death pronouncement can
work against all that. But, if you are asking is a Death card came up, then the
answer is yes?’”
Tom had no qualms about introducing the “ideation” of a woman who claimed she
was a messenger, she able to foresee the future, and even though her visions are
foggy and unclear, Tom supplies us with as many of her words as he does of
Christine’s. Astonishing!
“Khara later confirmed for me, that she knew full well what a spread of cards
showing such calm and peace and joy truly represents — freedom from all
limitations and a kind of rebirth that may follow death.”

After I my fall and death on McClure’s beach, I spent two days in a
room without food or water. No one dare enter. On the eve of the
second day the apartment filled with people. I sensed they were
talking about me.

There was a gentle knock on the door, and Keith opened it and asked
if he could come in. I gave him permission. He pulled up a chair,
asked me how I felt. He let out little laugh when I did, a laugh
that said;

“How would you feel after swallowing the Earth?”

He then held out his hand, and in it was a tab of LSD. I let out a
great sigh.

“You have to take it, or you won’t be able to return.”

I took the acid knowing this was the case, for two days I was stuck
in another dimension, hovering in a place between life and death. I
was a very powerful person.

An hour later I emerged. In the living room were about twelve
people, nine I did not know. There was an empty chair, a ornate
Victorian chair with a high back. Everyone in the room wanted me to
sit there. When I did, suddenly I was wearing the robes of a king,
and, there was a crown upon my head. I had seen this crown
surrounding me in the sand, the sand taking the form of Flor de
leves, and were like a ring of spears protecting me as I sat cross-
legged in a bell jar of protective energy. I had no respect for
kings, then, and wondered why I was one.

A young woman approached, and knelt before me. She took my hand and
asked me what I wanted.

“I’m thirsty. I would like a drink of water, please.”

After she left for the kitchen, a man on my left was forcing three
pennies into my wounded hand, he unaware he was causing me pain. He
was speaking to me, and was upsetting me. I turned to him and with
consternation, and asked;

“What is it you want from me?”

“I want you to throw these pennies on the floor six times so I can
read you, see your immediate future.”

I did not want to handle this money, but did as he asked, and now
this gentleman was reading from a book `The Book of Changes’ the `I
Ching’. I had thrown `The Army’.
