Why was the Fourteenth Amendment written and them made law? I suspect the Republicans were giving clear messages to foreign entities that they had won the Civil War and the United States would honor the debts it incurred putting down Insurrectionists, so, that if there arose another rebellion, the same foreign powers would come to the aid of Democracy – and not those who killed to own human beings. This amendment is rewarding loyalty, and punishing disloyalty. Those who engaged in insurrection on Jan 6th. were punished. Lawmakers who support the Insurrectionist this very day, should be disqualified from voting on the Debt Ceiling – and not be allowed to run for office.
This is the amendment to my letter to VP Harris;
Would you and President Biden look into the real possibility the Capitol Police will not be paid for services rendered in putting down the Jan 6th. Insurrection, in regards to overtime. There is a real possibility they will not BE THERE TO PROTECT OUR DEMOCRACY, if the Republicans do not raise the debt ceiling. To not do so may be seen as a act of Treason. Anyone who wants the chaos that will result, should lose their citizenship and right to vote. This goes for anyone who backs Insurrectionists, or, wants to pardon them, such as Donald Trump. All he has to do is admit Biden and you won, conduct a simple ceremony handing over the reigns of power, and sign the Iron Clad Oath. What better way for him to show he is a Loyal American. How can the Supreme Court deny the Capitol Police their wages – after getting protection from these Loyal Americans?

Section 1
All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.
Section 2
Representatives shall be apportioned among the several States according to their respective numbers, counting the whole number of persons in each State, excluding Indians not taxed. But when the right to vote at any election for the choice of electors for President and Vice-President of the United States, Representatives in Congress, the Executive and Judicial officers of a State, or the members of the Legislature thereof, is denied to any of the male inhabitants of such State, being twenty-one years of age, and citizens of the United States, or in any way abridged, except for participation in rebellion, or other crime, the basis of representation therein shall be reduced in the proportion which the number of such male citizens shall bear to the whole number of male citizens twenty-one years of age in such State.

No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.

Here is my message to Governor Tina Kotekl
Dear Governor Kotek; I find it very disturbing that Oregon Republicans are refusing to meet in our Legislator, and do the job they swore they would do. Are all the Republicans backing the walkout here in Oregon, and will they refuse to raise the debt ceiling as a way of protesting the outcome of the last Presidential election? Oregon Republicans passed a bill that titles the Jan.6th Insurrection a ‘False Flag’. They offered no proof this was true. There is talk about passing a bill that will not allow these REBELLING Republicans’ to run for office again. What I suggest is all Oregon Lawmakers take the Ironclad Oath, and only those who signed this Oath will be able to take part in Governing our Beautiful State – Post Haste! There is real history of Republicans’ being allied with the Three Percenters, some who have been implicated in The Real Insurrection.
I am kin to John Fremont, the Trailblazer of the Oregon Trail. Radical Republican chose him to be the first Presidential Candidate of the newly formed ABOLTIONIST Party. It was these Radical Republicans who authored the Ironclad Oath, and bid many Democrats to sign it. As you know the Party of Lincoln got switched around, thus it is no longer clear who is for the advancement of Black Americans, and who wants to oppress them – starting with their history. Such is the case with the Lawmakers of Florida. Those legislators resemble the laws the Klu Klux Klan, and elected Southern officials practiced after the Confederacy lost the war, but, won the Reconstruction. The ‘Don’t Say Gay bill is a victory for the Neo-Confederacy of Florida, who would not allow two black members of the University of Oregon to play South Florida for the National Title. I informed you of this.
I am composing a message to VP Kamala Harris and President Biden, that bids them and their staff to look at the Fourteenth Amendment that uses the words “Insurrectionist” and “Rebel” five times. I believe the Fourteenth is sending a message to Foreign backers of the Emancipation, and Foreign backers of the Confederacy, telling them, only those who showed Loyalty to The Union by making loans, will be paid back for their desire to see that all slaves, see Black Americans are set free, and own true Equality with White Men. Orgon needs to put together a team of historians in order to preserve this foreign aid. For Florida Lawmakers, and Governor DeSantis, to launch a campaign to render LGBTQ people – INFERIOR – less than equal as Citizens, violates the Fourteenth Amendment. Until this matter can be taken before the Supreme Court, I demand all the Republican Lawmakers of Florida, take the Ironclad Oath, – and salute John Fremont’s flag.as they do! They would do well to have their children salute Fremont’s flag. If the Republicans of Florida hate the traditional Republican Ironclad Oath, well, feel free to found your own party that best resembles your raciest and bigoted agenda. Its a Free Country!

When I first saw photographs of Trayvon, and heard how he was gunned down for what looks like racial reasons, I thought about the two black football players for the Oregon Webfoots (later the Ducks) who were not allowed to go to Florida and compete against the Florida Gators, for fear they would be dragged off the team bus, and shot, or lynched, by the Klu Klux Klan.
Bobby Robinson and Charles Williams were the star quarterback and running back, yet they did not lead their team on the gridiron due to blatant racism that right-wing Republicans claim does not exist in America, especially in the Trayvon murder.
It was my Radical Republican kindred who took an interest in ending slavery in America, and going South after the Civil War, in order to put black men in Congressional offices – employing force! The Klan targeted the Radical Republicans, as well as blacks who were being empowered by the ideas and language of Radical Republicans, as well as words they found in the Bible – that was all about God’s Social Justice!
Dear Governor Kotek; There is a pending class action lawsuit against Governor DeSantis, that I want to be part of. I suggest the State of Oregon also join this suit because there is a racist history between the University of Oregon football team, and the University of Florida, that would not allow to black players to play a bowl game on their Florida campus. DeSantis is trying to defund all college lessons that look like Woke. What I see is people joining teams they believe represent them. This is dangerous. Five black police officers were arrest today for beating a black man to death. Did they see themselves as a team – against the world? The NCAA may be the most successfully integrated institution – in the world. Perhaps Phil Knight can help bring about true equity?
