I watched Cassidy Hutchinson speak on several shows. I was puzzled as to what I was hearing and seeing. This morning I saw how tall she is. Now I know why she came walking tall towards the commotion, the screaming – THE MADNESS – coming from the Oval Office!
Cassidy is The Guard at the Gate – The Enforcer! Bad Men who mean the President and his Staff, harm, had to get by her. How many times a day did she rehearse what she would do if a mad shooter appear at the end of the hall? How would she handle a crazed killer?. Was there a Glock in her desk? How many millions of Americas rehearse what they would do – if a crazed maniac came down our hall, or, the hall of a classroom. There’s no time to call and wait for the Sherriff. We all get lessons on how – to act! Act tough – or peaceful? That’s the questions! To hear Mark Milley respond to the suggestion by Trump he should be “executed” for treason, puts us all on alert. President Biden – did not steal he election! Why isn’t he being charged with this – at his impeachment?
Look at McCarthy’s body language. He looks like a three year old as he takes – all of her in. Men – listen to her! We see how powerful her concentration is. She can go on like this all day. This is……..Gary Cooper in High Noon! This is Victoria Bond and Starfish in one woman. This woman – is her own person – who made the decision of her life, and, one of the greatest decisions in American History. When she saw President Trump was – THE BAD GUY – she stood up to him, knowing she would get threats – and her life would be ruined! She went to her father for help, and he tirned his back on her!
Alas, a group of Christians have stood tall against THE THREATS of a fiend who sat in the Oval Office. Alas, Jesus appears – and calls for peace! .
But, what about God’s Justice? The Republican Impeachment of our sitting President began today. So far – there is no evidence. I think McCarthy wants to give Republican Evangelicals the impression Trump is innocent, and, did not commit.an act of Treason. Innocent Men don’t make threats against Law Enforcement – and U.S. Generals. Trump tried to buy a gun.
I have been – forsaken!
John Presco….Write-in Candidate For President
Chelčický called the Pope and the emperor (the church and the state) “whales who have torn the net of true faith” because they established the church as the head of a secular empire. Chelčický believed that Christians should follow the law of love and so should not be compelled by state authority. He taught that the believer should not accept government office or even appeal to its authority, as for the true believer to take part in government was sinful.
Nearly everyone involved in bringing the 91 felony charges against Donald Trump — including Special Counsel Jack Smith, Fulton County District Attorney Fani T. Willis, and Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg — is dealing with escalating threats of terrorism and violence.
The FBI is currently investigating new threats against Willis, including emails slandering her with racist and sexist obscenities. Far-right message boards are disseminating the personal contact information of grand jurors. And the Atlanta courthouse has received so many bomb threats that most of its employees are working remotely for their own safety.
Yet the far-right pastors who have condemned and politicized the indictments — including Franklin Graham, Mike Huckabee, and “Trump’s Top Pastor” Mark Burns — have seemingly not said a word about these threats, despite helping create the charged, violent atmosphere.
Jesus is the Prince of Peace, and those who live by the sword die by the sword. It’s irresponsible and wrong for these pastors who stoked the anger of Trump Republicans to now ignore the violent atmosphere they helped create. Let’s join together as Christians and ask Trump’s pastor friends to denounce these dangerous threats immediately.
Sign the petition:
To Franklin Graham, Mike Huckabee, Mark Burns, and other anti-indictment MAGA pastors:
In the wake of the multitude of criminal charges against former president Donald Trump, authorities have reported a dramatic increase in the number of credible threats of violence against the prosecutors, judges, public sector workers, and jurors involved in these prosecutions.
Regardless of one’s personal politics, the Bible is very clear about the holiness of peace, and the evil nature of violence and revenge. As your siblings in Christ, we ask that you use your powerful platforms and religious authority within the MAGA movement to denounce the threats against Fani Willis, Alvin Bragg, Jack Smith, and others, and to call for peace and for respect for the legal process during this critical time.
Thank you.
Reacting to the comments, Milley told CBS that he was a soldier and he has been “faithful to the Constitution of the United States” for nearly 45 years, adding he and his family “sacrificed greatly for this country.”
Milley said that as much as Trump’s remarks are directed at him, “it’s also directed at the institution of the military…2.1 million of us in uniform.”
Milley said he won’t directly comment on the specifics of Trump’s post, but “this military, this soldier, me, will never turn our back on that Constitution.”
When asked if there was anything treasonous about the calls he made to China, Milley said “Absolutely not. Zero. None.”
Commenting on his safety, Milley said he has “adequate safety precautions” and will take “appropriate measures” to ensure the safety of his family.
In the Truth Social post he made over the weekend, Trump raged against Milley, first saying he led “the most embarrassing moment in American history” with his “incompetent implementation” of the U.S. military’s withdrawal from Afghanistan in 2021. Trump then called Milley a “Woke train wreck” and accused him of “dealing with China to give them a heads up on the thinking of the President of the United States.” The former president said Milley’s actions were “so egregious that, in times gone by, the punishment would have been DEATH!” Calling Milley’s actions a “treasonous act,” Trump added it could have led to a war between the U.S. and China. Trump ended his angry post adding “To be continued!!!”

In an excerpt of his CBS 60 Minutes interview aired on Wednesday night, Milley delivered his first public response to a recent social media post by Trump, who said the general’s upcoming retirement was “a time for all Americans to celebrate” and accused him of treason.

What To Watch For
The whole interview is set to air on an upcoming episode of 60 Minutes, which is set to feature Milley’s comments on why he thought the calls to his Chinese counterpart Gen. Li Zuocheng in 2020 were “not only proper, but necessary to avert a war,” anchor Norah O’Donnell said.
Chief Critic
Rep. Paul Gosar (R-Ariz.), a vocal ally of Trump, also attacked Milley in his weekly newsletter on Sunday, writing: “We now know that the deviant Milley was coordinating with Nancy Pelosi to hurt President Trump, and treasonously working behind Trump’s back. In a better society, quislings like the strange sodomy-promoting General Milley would be hung.”
Former Trump White House aide Cassidy Hutchinson recalled this week the moment her own Donald Trump-supporting father rejected her plea to help hire a lawyer unaffiliated with Trump after she was subpoenaed to appear before the House committee investigating the Jan. 6, 2021, insurrection.
MSNBC’s Lawrence O’Donnell played an extract of the audio version of Hutchinson’s new book “Enough” to her on Tuesday’s episode of “The Last Word.”
In the clip, Hutchinson remembered her father throwing the congressional subpoena in the trash, telling her she didn’t have to comply and claiming the investigation was just a “witch-hunt” against Trump.
Hutchinson’s father, per the clip, then said he “prayed I was not there to ask for money to pay for a corrupt lawyer” and said he “had raised me better than to turn my back on the people who cared about me, people like himself and Donald.”
“‘You didn’t raise me at all’ was all I thought of to say,’” the audio ended with Hutchinson saying.
Hutchinson, who served as an aide to then-chief of staff Mark Meadows, said writing the scene was “difficult,” but she felt it was “important to help explain how I got to where I was, when I had a Trump-affiliated counsel, or Trump-affiliated lawyer, and then when I ultimately made the split and found a new attorney, new counsel.”
