Oscar-winning director Danny Boyle (28 Days, Later, Sunshine) will no longer be putting his spin on Ian Fleming’s espionage universe.
The filmmaker has exited the 25th James Bond movie over creative differences, announced star Daniel Craig and producers Michael G. Wilson and Barbara Broccoli via Twitter Tuesday.
“Michael G. Wilson, Barbara Broccoli and Daniel Craig today announced that due to creative differences Danny Boyle has decided to no longer direct Bond 25,” reads the tweet from the official 007 account.
