Renter’s Pool

In theory renters own 600 billion dollars. We need to know how many landlords will benefit from their tax cut, and, if they are will to deposit, and or invest in The Renters Pool that will build lowcost housing, and refurbish abandoned buildings. This is the Free Enterprise System at work for the poor and middle class. How many landlord would give members of the Pool a month free rent in order to put funds in the Pool?

The Renter’s Bank will issue low interest credit cards for renters only. No interest student loans for renters. We will be a nation within a nation. We will revitalize the downtowns. Money talks!

The Renters Pool could hire investment companies and make sure OUR MONEY MAKES MONEY – TOO! We can create Renter’s Insurance that rescues folks about to become homeless, and, invests for housing for the homeless. Our homeless can be seen as a commodity in our HOUSING MARKET.

Last year saw the biggest surge in new renters in history, according to the report, bringing the number of people living in rental units to around 110 million people — or about 36% of households.

We need to found a National Renters Pool that collects all our rent, then pays the landlords. Politicians flock to large piles of money. Money is power. We can spend the interest on OUR PILE electing politicians and hiring attorneys.

I have followed Meher Baba for fifty years and have connected him with the Kurds who have no homeland. I have found the first church that reconnects with the return of the Jews to their homeland. Most Americans are RENTERS, and will never own a home. Paul Ryan says he returned tax money to people who own it. Many wealthy people who Ryan gave billions to are LANDLORDS who take other people’s money. We need a RENTERS REBELLION.
