Above we see the results of the long and expensive Eugene Downtown Beautification Contest between real artists, real politicians, real people, and the Fake Anarchist Friends of Belle and Valkyrie. Emily Semple is one of them, and is running for City Council Person in Ward One, which is the downtown. Semple tried to get arrested with Belle and Alley, but, there was not enough cells, or, it would be too costly to the city. All these women are topicle and will be so – for a very long time to come!
