When Vicki announced she was going to Christine’s bank to look in our sister’s safe deposit box, my friend Michael Harkins asked to go with. I was surprised she agreed. She wanted a witness. Somehow she got permission from Christine’s divorce attorney, and gave the banker a paper from her. When I later learned she was a creditor in the Bankruptcy, I wondered if she was hostile towards this artist who was famous for not paying her bills.

When Shannon told me her mother fired Jacci Belford for absconding with gallery money, I wondered why Jacci was named second executor. I wondered why Christine did not have a more elaborate Will made up. Then it occurred to me Vicki switched Wills. Rosamond’s divorce attorney had to have had one on file, at her office. A attorney has the client make one, off the bat.

I believe the McCurdy’s were named executors, they in Christine’s AA group. Vicki had fallen out of favor for she demands her prints back because it looks like – WAR! Vicki told Donald Layne’s wife, there was an attempt to have Christine and Garth make up – at Rocky Point! This jives with Snyder’s book that is a sea yarn about shark feeding frenzy in the art Community of Carmel that has a monetary interest IN NOT SEEING BLOODY DIVORCE in the news! Snyder threatens me with attorneys if I do not sign the non-disclosure he sent me. Getty attorney, Larry Chazen, tried to become executor before Morris.

There is talk of Sandra Faulkner helping Christine author her biography. It looks like it is going to be a Carrie Fisher tell-all book! Arty Tourist Dollars feeds this Bohemian Community. Who invited Christine to Rocky Point? Who invited Garth to Rocky Point?

Snyder challenges me to come up with a case for murder. Try this one on for size:

Christine is pressuring Garth to get into a twelve step program. She is blackmailing him with her pending biography. My sister wants a happy ending – for them both! They sleep in the master bedroom in the main house that Vicki said was locked. In the morning Christine applies more pressure. Garth is forced to tell the truth, that he and Nina are going to get married. Christine comes at Garth in a rage and starts hitting him. Garth knocks her senseless. Knowing his life is over, he hoists my sister on his shoulder – and runs to the edge of the cliff! She is only wearing a t-shirt. I am going to get the full Coroner’s report to see if she was wearing shoes.

Christine was seeing three therapists. In their files are many accounts of the abuse my sister suffered all her life…….to the bitter end!
