Belle did not tell me she was an activist, and she got arrested with her boyfriend who appears to be a leader of a group of activist that appear to be championing the homeless. Belle had told me at our meeting she wanted to be seen as a leader and spokesperson for an un-named radical cause.

“Yes, those are my hands in the RG. That was the first time I had ever appeared in the news as an activist.”

All of Belle did not appear in the news. It appears she did not want her face to be shown, so, someone wrote a message on her hands. I suspect her boyfriend, Ambrose Holtham-Keathley wrote Belle’s message. I suspect Belle has several people and entities occupying her.
