The Whiteaker Tax Man

I talked to a gentleman at the Whiteaker Block Party about voting and the coming tax on marijuana sales. He had a information booth and was encouraging apathetics to vote. There will be a state and local tax as high as 17% percent. As President of the Bohemian Bank, and as OCCUPY’S ‘Uncle Samaclaus, I will make sure there is No taxation without representation. Either I am going to run for office, or become a Lobbyist. I will make sure much of this tax goes for the Bohemian lifestyle I and my peers created in the Bay Area in the 60s. As the historian of the Bohemian way of life, and as a member of a Political and Artistic Dynasty that has roots in Oregon, I am best suited to make a powerful case on how this tax money is spent. Yes, that is a Soviet flag on my back.
