John the Jubilee Scapegoat

Mark Gall was the head of the Department of Education at the University of Oregon. Joy Gall worked there, too. After Mark retired I invited him and his wife to take part in the Art Walks. Mark got involved in films at DIVA, an art group that appears to have been taken over by UofO alumni. John the Baptist may have led the way in regards to coming out of the wilderness to restore the Jubilee. It was he who the slave-holding Jews tried to throw off a cliff.
