The greatest lie ever told is being told repeatedly in the most modern and prosperous nation on earth, and, no one is challenging it! Our enemies have noticed. I am talking about the lie that only Republicans have ‘Family Values’.
Putin is employing his ‘Family Value’ routine in the Ukraine – and he is just getting started!
Jesus descends from Lot trough Ruth. His genealogy also shows Tamar and Rahab are his kindred. These women are gentiles. In Matthew 15:22-28 Jesus ministers to, and heals the daughter of a Canaanite woman, and thus here is proof he came for the gentiles. What need of Saint Paul?
Did Jesus find Canaanites at the root of his family tree? If so, then this Rabbi may have had a powerful interest in eradicating the two greatest lies ever told – anywhere! I am talking about Jesus’ kindred who were begat by alleged acts of INCEST, and, the rape of a father by his son. It is claimed Lot was seduced by his daughters after they got him drunk, and Canaan raped his drunken father. What is the motive for these lies?
Right-wing Christian Lawmakers who run for, and hold political office, claim the Liberal Media is their vilest foe because they decide what news to broadcast. They have worked hard to create their own media, such as Fox News and Hate Radio. When the Torah became THE MEDIA of its day, there began a rivalry over who gets to add to it, and take away from it. Because the Scribes followed the strict law of not doing this, they got around God by slandering the patriarchs of undesirable peoples, or, authoring a false commandment of God to exterminate certain peoples.
It was my friend, Casey Farrell, who un-locked the door to the truth when he said;
“No one really dies in the Bible.”
It was now clear the conquest of Canaan by the Israelites was the motive for authoring the Torah. The Old Testament is the world’s first employment of PROPAGANDA. A Media War began over who would control the only Television Station in the Promised Land. Whoever grabbed this station, got to alter the story, write out peoples they perceive as their enemies, and write in their folks.
We see Putin doing this in the Ukraine, and the Republican Congress doing this in our democracy – where President Obama is utterly ignored! Not liking the REAL RESULTS, the Christian-right makes up slanderous lies in order to render millions of Democrats who voted for Obama, impotent. Democrats deserve to be castrated because they are for homosexuality and killing the unborn. The Federal Government must be eliminated, because it empowers folks who oppose Jesus. In this power-play, how many people die?
This is God’s Soap Opera, folks. Writing people out of the script, is to media-murder them. Putin is proud no one died when he took over the Crimea. Putin is a devout Christian who no doubt has knowledgable priests by his side, showing him how it was done.
The real world is not functioning properly due to this ongoing RELIGIOUS DEFAMATION. It has got to stop, or, millions will die – FOR REAL!

Ancient commentaries have also debated that “seeing” someone’s nakedness meant to have sex with that person (e.g. Leviticus 20:17).[16] The same idea was raised by 3rd-century rabbis, in the Babylonian Talmud (c. 500 AD), who argue that Ham either castrated his father, or sodomised him.[18] The same explanations are found in three Greek translations of the Bible, which replace the word “see” in verse 22 with another word denoting homosexual relations.[17] The castration theory has its modern counterpart in suggested parallels found in the castration of Uranus by Cronus[19] and a Hittite myth of the supreme god Anu whose genitals were “bitten off by his rebel son and cup-bearer Kumarbi, who afterwards rejoiced and laughed … until Anu cursed him”.[20]
Modern scholars have suggested that to “uncover the nakedness” of a man means to have sex with that man’s wife (e.g. Leviticus 20:11).[16] If Ham had sex with his mother, and Canaan was the product of this forbidden union, it could explain why the curse falls on his son; the weakness, however, is that Genesis 9:21 has Ham “seeing” his father’s nakedness, not “uncovering” it.[21]
Canaan first appears as one of Noah’s grandsons during the narrative known as the Curse of Ham, in which Canaan is cursed with perpetual slavery because his father Ham had “looked upon” the drunk and naked Noah.
God later promises the land of Canaan to Abraham, and eventually delivers it to descendants of Abraham, the Israelites.[10] The biblical history has become increasingly problematic as the archaeological and textual evidence supports the idea that the early Israelites were in fact themselves Canaanites.[10]

Matthew 15:22-28 A Canaanite woman from that vicinity came to him, crying out, “Lord, Son of David, have mercy on me! My daughter is suffering terribly from demon-possession.” Jesus did not answer a word. So his disciples came to him and urged him, “Send her away, for she keeps crying out after us.” He answered, “I was sent only to the lost sheep of Israel.” The woman came and knelt before him. “Lord, help me!” she said. He replied, “It is not right to take the children’s bread and toss it to their dogs.” “Yes, Lord,” she said, “but even the dogs eat the crumbs that fall from their masters’ table.” Then Jesus answered, “Woman, you have great faith! Your request is granted.” And her daughter was healed from that very hour.
Even more pertinent to our investigation is a passage which is programmatic in the biblical discussion of
the Israelite conquest of Canaan, Deut 7:1-4:
When the LORD your God brings you into the land that you are entering to take possession of it, and clears away many nations before you, the Hittites, the Girgashites, the Amorites, the Canaanites, the Perizzites, the Hivites, and the Jebusites, seven nations more numerous and mightier
than yourselves, and when the LORD your God gives them over to you, and you defeat them, then you must devote them to complete destruction. You shall make no covenant with them and show no mercy to them. You shall not intermarry with them, giving your daughters to their sons or taking their daughters for your sons, for they would turn away your sons from following me, to serve other gods. Then the anger of the LORD would be kindled against you, and he would destroy you quickly.
This observation about the use of the word “Canaanite” in Matthew 15 is strengthened when we realize that Matthew seems to have a particular interest in Canaanites. The genealogy which opens the gospel refers to four women. Three are certainly gentiles (Tamar, Rahab, Ruth) and one is either a gentile or at least married to a gentile (“the wife of Uriah” 1:6). It is probable that two of these gentile women are Canaanites:
Rahab and Tamar. The narrator of Genesis 38 tells us that Judah’s wife was a Canaanite and implies that Judah, while living in Canaan, also arranged the marriage between Tamar and his son Er, leaving the reader with the impression that Tamar was a Canaanite. The case of Rahab is more obvious: she was a resident of Jericho at the beginning of the Israelite conquest. Thus we have the odd situation at
the head of Matthew’s gospel where we find a genealogy in which foreigners, even Canaanites, the worst
of foreigners, are held up as ancestors of the Messiah. No doubt the text is signaling an anticipation of the
mission to the gentiles not made explicit until 28:19. But it seems that it is not just “gentiles” in the abstract,
but even gentile enemies, Canaanites, who are considered to be within the scope of those who are
redeemable.

Several redactional features of Matthew 15:21-28 point to the possibility that this text is subversive of the
Canaanite genocide tradition found especially in Deut 7:1-4: as opposed to the Markan source, the woman in the story is called a “Canaanite”; Matthew has already hinted (1:3,5) that Canaanites have a positive role in God’s story since two of them (Tamar and Rahab) are ancestors of the Messiah; the presence of the story of this woman between the two feeding stories, one symbolic of Israel, one symbolic of gentiles (seven baskets, Mt 15:37, representing the seven Canaanite nations of Deut 7:1); the woman of the story begs for “mercy” although the genocide command included the injunction to “show no mercy to
them” (Deut 7:2). Matthew has shaped the story of this woman in such a way that the story of the conquest,
the most violent anti-gentile tradition of the Hebrew Bible, has been turned on its head. The story
implies that the new Exodus of Jesus is not limited to “the lost sheep of the house of Israel” (Mt 15:24).
This Exodus story does not result in the subjugation and extermination of gentiles, but in mission for the
purpose of making disciples (Mt 28:19). The conqueror, the Davidic King (Mt 15:22), is himself conquered
by the wit and faith of this Canaanite. As a consequence, a member of the peoples who were shown “no
mercy” is now shown mercy, and becomes a kind of first fruits of the mission to the gentiles commanded
in the so-called “Great Commission” (Mt 28:16-20).
Theologically, the presence of the conquest narratives in the scriptures is perhaps the most difficult of
apologetic problems. This article does not solve the “problem” of the Canaanite genocide. I do hope that
this reading of the story of the Canaanite woman allows us to see that, at least in this one place, the conquest
has been turned on its head.21
Now go, attack the Amalekites and totally destroy everything that belongs to them. Do not spare them; put to death men and women, children and infants, cattle and sheep, camels and donkeys.’” (1 Sam 15:2-3)

They [Joshua and his troops] took the city, its king and its villages, and put them to the sword. Everyone in it they totally destroyed. They left no survivors. They did to Debir and its king as they had done to Libnah and its king and to Hebron. So Joshua subdued the whole region, including the hill country, the Negev, the western foothills and the mountain slopes, together with all their kings. He left no survivors. He totally destroyed all who breathed, just as the LORD, the God of Israel, had commanded. Joshua subdued them from Kadesh Barnea to Gaza and from the whole region of Goshen to Gibeon. (Joshua 10:39-41)
