I have longed to see photos of Rena’s parents so I could see where she got her extreme good looks from. I suspect Laurence Olivier and Rena’s father look alike. You can see Rena doing Laurence Olivier as Heathcliff in her photo. Wurthering Heights is a Gothic Tale. Rena’s story is very Gothic.
Rena is sent to live with her grandmother. She is separated from her three beautiful sisters that I suspect are her half-sisters from a previous marriage. James and Irene Victoria Easton are born of a different mother. Rena sees that her station in life is inferior. She is the Gypsy Outcast. She is shunned by her peers who fear her beauty and her dark moodiness. Rena does not like other women. She sees she has the same beautiful face that Merle Oberon has, but, she sees Heathcliff in her, especially his story of getting revenge on all those who looked down on him – especially Catherine!
You see, Rosemary Rosamond’s favorite movie was Wuthering Heights. She forced us to watch this movie whenever it was on T.V., for it was her and Victor’s story. Here was the reason he was so cruel to her and her children. Vic was a dark monster born with good-looks that drew her in, only to have her dream dashed upon the Gothic Rocks of despair!
If Rena and my father met, Vic would have tried to take her from me just like her did Gloria, because she looked just like those German girls who adored Hitler in those documentaries.
“I came out of a dark and dangerous place, and you helped me.”
Rena is being stupid not letting me author her biography. I told Dan I suspect this is what she decided to do. She better have her attorney negotiate with me if she insists going this route. If Rena ripped my story, and got me cast into a dark dangerous dungeon – while she goes on a book signing tour – would be right up Rena Victoria Easton’s alley.
There is an author named……..Dan Wayland! Hmmmm! Shades of High Noon. Is Rena using the sheriff?
I don’t think Rena remembers me at all. Of course she wants me to keep writing. That she can memorize thousands of poem, and those letters, but, not be able to recall US, is very telling. I didn’t really exist when we were together. Rena was too busy looking in her mirror.
