The Jewish historian, Josef Flavius, blames the War of the Jews with Rome on un-named “innovations”. I suspect John was bidding Jews who owned slaves to give up those slaves, and bring these slaves into the Covenant with God according to eved ken’ai the ‘Cannaite Slave’ act found in Gen. 17:12, and Ex 12:40.

The Hasmoneans expanded the Kingdom of God by force, and converted non-Jews. I suspect John and his backers ruled these people were Jews – and had always been Jews, and were Sons of the Kingdom of God.
I suspect when Jesus came to John for baptism, he did so in order to free the tribe of Judah of the sin of slavery, immerse him, and thus the Kings of Judah, as one would a Canaanite, and cleanse them of the Sin of Slavery.
I recognize the Reform Judaism of Francis Salvador, and no other form of Judaism because he was not a Zionist, and perhaps believed as the Jews did in the time John was Baptizing, that unless the Jews repent of the sin of slavery, the Abolitionist God of the Jews would evict them from the Promised Land.
The Sephardic Jews who descend from the Tribe of Judah, were heavily involved in the Slave Trade in the Americas. My Rosamond kindred owned slaves on their plantations in South Carolina. There exist no other way to repair the rent in our divided Nation then the South to

During the years of his reign, John Hyrcanus concentrated on extending the borders of the new Jewish nation. He also believed in compelling the peoples he conquered to become proselytes to the Jewish religion. He would forcibly circumcise all non-Jews, and demand that the people of entire cities and regions comply with Mosaic Law. In each location where foreign peoples were subdued, he would leave scribes to oversee the religious affairs of the people. these scribes were descended from the Hasidim (the “pious ones” among the Jews who had inspired the Maccabean Revolt). The scribes were not really interested in political or military power, they simply sought to impose religious purity and strict observance of the Law. They were strict, uncompromising legalists. In time they would come to be known as the Pharisees.

Early Reform Judaism was also anti¬Zionist, believing the Diaspora was necessary for Jews to be “light unto the nations.” Nevertheless, a number of Reform rabbis were pioneers in establishing Zionism in America, including Gustav and Richard Gottheil, Rabbi Steven S. Wise (founder of the American Jewish Congress) and Justice Louis Brandeis. Following the Balfour Declaration, the Reform movement began to support Jewish settlements in Palestine, as well as institutions such as Hadassah Hospital and the Hebrew University.
As the years passed, a reevaluation took place in which many members of the Reform movement began to question the “reforms” that were made. By 1935, the movement had begun to return to a more traditional approach to Judaism-distinctly Jewish and distinctly American, but also distinctively non¬Christian. Starting with the Columbus Platform in 1937, many of the discarded practices were reincorporated into the Reform canon, and constitute what is now called “Modern” Reform Judaism, or more succinctly, Reform Judaism. The platform also formally shifted the movement’s position on Zionism by affirming “the obligation of all Jewry to aid in building a Jewish homeland….”
By the time of the American Revolution, about 200 Jews lived in Charles Town. Most of them supported the patriot cause since they enjoyed greater religious and political freedom in the colonies than they had in England. Francis Salvador embraced these freedoms and became a staunch defender of independence.
The nephew of a wealthy merchant in London, Salvador came to South Carolina in 1773. By 1774, he had become a planter, acquiring land and thirty slaves. Although he had only recently lived in England, Salvador was a strong supporter of the colonists’ cause. He became a propagandist, traveling around the colony trying to convince farmers to support the colonies in their dispute with Mother England. He was chosen to serve in the first provisional congress in South Carolina in 1774; he remained in the state’s assembly after it had declared independence, helping to draft South Carolina’s constitution.
Salvador was the first practicing Jew to serve in a legislative body in America. When fighting broke out in South Carolina in 1776, the 29-year-old Salvador joined the local militia, but was soon killed by British-allied Indians (above). In City Hall Park in downtown Charleston, there is a memorial plaque for Salvador, which reads “An Englishman, he cast his lot with America; True to his ancient faith, he gave his life for new hopes of human liberty and understanding.”

With warfare all around them, the Rosamond and Hodge family conducted weddings, and from their unions sprang a Nation. The city of Hodges South Carolina was built on what was called
“the Jews land”. Then Dorothy Hodges was taken away by an Indian chief, and a child was born in the wilderness.
Samuel enlisted in the militia around 1776-77 and served as a Lieutenant under Captain Adam Crain Jones and Colonel Robert Anderson (for whom Anderson County, SC was named.) In 1782 he was appointed Captain and served at the Siege of Ninety-Six and the Battle of Kettle Creek in Wilkes County, GA on Feb. 14, 1779 during the Revolutionary War. This battle enabled the revolutionists to halt the British advance in Georgia after the capture of Savannah. According to Samuel’s great-grandson James Oliver Rosamond, Samuel served as a scout and spy under the direction of Colonel Francis Mariion, the “Swamp Fox”.
The Hodge family purchased land in South Carolina that once belonged
to Francis Salvador, a famous Jew who was killed in the Revolutionary
War. This land was in the 96th district where James Rosamond bought
large tracts of land. This land is titled the “Jews land” in the
Hodge family genealogy. The Jews who owned this land are kin to Jesus.
Rebecca Mendes da Costa also owned much property in the 96th.
district. She was of a famous Sephardic family, too, she kin to
Doctor Mendes who tutored the famous artist, Vincent Van Gough. The
Salvador family lived in the Hague. Francis Salvador, a wealthy
Jewish merchant of London, applied to the Earl Marshall in 1744 for a
confirmation of the coat of arms that his father had borne in
Portugal, and on June 18 of that year, he received a grant of these
arms. His grandson, also named Francis, settled on a plantation of
nearly seven thousand acres in Ninety Six District. The lion might
represent the tribe of Judah, and thus the Exilarchs of Portugal.
Today, Congress should take the final step to bring God’s Spiritual
Liberation back into the world. Not since tens of thousand of devout
Jews and Saints hurled darts and stones down upon the Roman legions
in defense of God’s House in 70 A.D. has humankind been so free. I
have shown that this battle was a Jubilee Rebellion where Go’el the
Redeemer had declared all Jews free of their debts.
As many as two thirds of the white folk who came to America in the
early years were indentured slaves. Today, the descendants of those
slaves, along with the black slaves, forgave those they were, and are
in debt to, and with their own money rescued them from ruin. Many
banks backed the slave trade. The Mended de Costa family founded many
powerful banks with profits they made from their involvement in the
slave trade. That these descendants of King David and Jesus could
have become wealthy slave masters, speaks volumes on how cleverly
Jesus’ TRUE MESSAGE and MISSION was oppressed and altered. Today, in
the Spirit of Lord’s Prayer and Divine Forgiveness THE KINGDOM OF GOD
find a home in America. This is a Historic and Biblical event without
equal.
Today, every American should know who they are! When our Founding
Fathers wrote the Constitution they did not give black folk their
freedom or a right to vote. They did not give women the right to
vote. How then is our Government God-given?
We are Liberated and Redeemed by our Gracious Hearts, our ability to
forgive those who put us in bonds. This is a Great Nation of Free
People – free alas – for We are all Redeemers!
