Are Bishops and Candidates Guilty of Treason?

The President of the United States is still conducting a succesful War Against Terrorism. Barak Obama took actions that brought about the death of two famous terrorist who employed religion as an excuse to attack and murder unarmed people who boarded jets, or entered tall building to work and earn a wage.

Below are Bin Laden’s own words as to why he attacked America on 911. They resemble the words that spew out of the mouth of Bishop Timothy Dolan, who just boarded a jet to Rome where the Pope will elevate him to Cardinal. You will also read the words of Republican candidates for the office of President. When was the last time any American Bishop attacked and defamed a Republican politician? Were all attacks from a religious body detered because the Republicans are against abortion? Below I reluctantly include the words of a anti-abortion crusader who puts a target on anyone who is for abortian.

How many radical Muslims will conclude President Obama is also waging a war on their religion – TOO? Are these holy wars good for the American Economy? Folks who fought against one another in the Bible – are still living in mud huts clutching their Koran and a AK47.

“Republican presidential candidates have been blasting Obama for his secular vision, and the U.S. Army got involved in a skirmish this week.
† To wit: The U.S. Army Chief of Chaplains issued a directive asking the letter written by Military Services Archbishop Timothy P. Broglio NOT be read at military pulpits because it “could be misinterpreted as a call to civil disobedience within our nation’s military ranks.”
† The upshot: The issue was resolved when Archbishop Broglio agreed to remove the part of the letter Cardinal George included in his directive: “We cannot — we will not — comply with this unjust law.”

BIN LADEN: ” You are a nation that permits acts of immorality, and you consider them to be pillars of personal freedom. You have continued to sink down this abyss from level to level until incest has spread amongst you, in the face of which neither your sense of honour nor your laws object.
Who can forget your President Clinton’s immoral acts committed in the official Oval office? After that you did not even bring him to account, other than that he ‘made a mistake’, after which everything passed with no punishment. Is there a worse kind of event for which your name will go down in history and remembered by nations?”

CARDINAL: ““We cannot — and will not — comply with this unjust law,” states the cardinal, who is vehemently opposed to the new Obama administration rule requiring religious organizations to include contraceptive health insurance coverage.”

BIN LADEN: “In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful,
“Permission to fight (against disbelievers) is given to those (believers) who are fought against, because they have been wronged and surely, Allah is Able to give them (believers) victory” [Quran 22:39]
“Those who believe, fight in the Cause of Allah, and those who disbelieve, fight in the cause of Taghut (anything worshipped other than Allah e.g. Satan). So fight you against the friends of Satan; ever feeble is indeed the plot of Satan.”[Quran 4:76]

RICK SANTORUM: “They are taking faith and crushing it.,” he said. “Why? Why? When you marginalize faith in America, when you remove the pillar of God-given rights, then what’s left is the French Revolution. What’s left is the government that gives you rights, what’s left are no unalienable rights, what’s left is a government that will tell you who you are, what you’ll do and when you’ll do it. What’s left in France became the guillotine. Ladies and gentlemen, we’re a long way from that, but if we follow the path of President Obama and his overt hostility to faith in America, then we are headed down that road.”

At the annual Conservative Political Action Conference in Washington on Friday, Newt Gingrich warned that Obama would “declare war” on the Catholic Church if he were reelected.

Mitt Romney, who in recent days has been decrying Obama’s “war on religion,” pledged that he would “reverse every single Obama regulation that attacks our religious liberty and threatens innocent human life in this country.”

In March 2009, Dolan noted that U.S. President Barack Obama has “taken a position very much at odds with the Church” regarding abortion, said the University of Notre Dame made a “big mistake” in selecting Obama to deliver its graduation ceremony’s commencement speech.[30]

DOLAN: “There is an in-built code of right and wrong that is imbedded in the human DNA…Hard-wired into us is a dictionary, and the dictionary defines marriage as between one man, one woman for life, please God, leading to the procreation of human life. And if we begin to tamper with the very definition of marriage, then we’re going to be in big trouble.”[37][39] Describing the Church’s position as not “anti-gay,” he said, “We’re pro-the most basic definition of marriage.”

Cardinal Francis George has come out swinging.
In a letter earmarked to be read this weekend at all Catholic churches in the Archdiocese of Chicago, Cardinal George is throwing the gauntlet down at the Obama administration for denying Catholics religious liberty.
“We cannot — and will not — comply with this unjust law,” states the cardinal, who is vehemently opposed to the new Obama administration rule requiring religious organizations to include contraceptive health insurance coverage.
“People of faith cannot be made second-class citizens because of their religious beliefs. . . . Our parents and grandparents did not come to these shores to help build America’s cities and towns, its infrastructure and institutions, enterprise and culture, only to have their posterity stripped of their God given rights.”
In the letter to the Archdiocese’s 2.3 million Roman Catholics, Cardinal George bristles at Catholic employers “being forced to offer their employees health coverage that includes sterilization, abortion-inducing drugs, and contraception.”
He also asks his “community of faith” to do two things: “prayer and fasting so that wisdom and justice may prevail.”
Last week, bishops of every Catholic diocese throughout the U.S. were directed to write a letter stating their opposition to the Obama mandate, which they considered a violation of the First Amendment.
Sneed is told internal debates concerning the Obama contraceptive mandate divided the White House’s West Wing. Vice President Joe Biden and then White House chief of staff Bill Daley, both Catholics, warned the president to be cautious, because freedom of religion was the real issue at stake.
On the flip side, female kitchen cabinet members, including U.S. Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius, stressed the contraceptive side of the argument — not wanting an exception made for religious organizations when it came to contraceptives.
But it is not only the Catholic hierarchy incensed by the new mandate.
Republican presidential candidates have been blasting Obama for his secular vision, and the U.S.
† The backshot: Cardinal George is now in Rome reporting to the Pope on the state of his diocese — something each diocesan bishop does every five years.
He will not return to Chicago until Feb. 17.
† The buckshot: “The contraceptive mandate imposed on health plans by the Department of Health and Human Services also violates freedom of conscience,” said a Catholic priest.

“If this guy prints more money between now and the election, I dunno what y’all would do to him in Iowa but we would treat him pretty ugly down in Texas. Printing more money to play politics at this particular time in American history is almost treacherous – or treasonous in my opinion,” said Perry.

Reporting from Washington—
Catholic bishops say they remain opposed to President Obama’s plan to require insurers to provide free birth control, even if religiously affiliated employers such as Catholic hospitals and universities aren’t forced to pay for it.

“The only complete solution to this religious liberty problem is for HHS [the Department of Health and Human Services] to rescind the mandate of these objectionable services,” the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops said in a statement.

The statement, issued late Friday, makes clear that the bishops’ opposition goes beyond the “religious freedom” dispute that had riled Washington in recent weeks. The government’s decision to guarantee women access to contraceptives “remains a grave moral concern,” they said.

On Friday morning, Obama called Cardinal-designate Timothy Dolan, the bishops conference president, to tell him of the revised rule. Initially, Dolan described the move as a “first step in the right direction.”

But in the later statement, the bishops conference said it would continue to object because of Obama’s decision “to retain HHS’s nationwide mandate of insurance coverage of sterilization and contraception.”

“We will therefore continue — with no less vigor, no less sense of urgency — our efforts to correct this problem through the other two branches of government,” they said.

Timothy Michael Dolan (born February 6, 1950) is an American prelate of the Roman Catholic Church. He is the tenth and current Archbishop of New York, having previously served as Archbishop of Milwaukee (2002–2009) and Auxiliary Bishop of St. Louis (2001–2002).
On January 6, 2012, the Holy See announced that Dolan was to be elevated to a cardinal by Pope Benedict XVI, scheduled for February 18, 2012.

During the 2008 presidential election, Dolan rebuked Democratic vice-presidential candidate then-U.S. Senator Joe Biden and Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi for “misrepresenting timeless Church doctrine” on abortion, which Dolan called the “premier civil rights issue of our day.”[15] However, he opposes denying Communion to pro-choice elected officials.[6]
lIn a blog post in June 2011, Dolan compared a proposal to redefine marriage in the State of New York to life in China or North Korea, where “government presumes daily to ‘redefine’ rights, relationships, values and natural law.” “Please, not here!” Dolan continued. “We cherish true freedom, not as the license to do whatever we want, but the liberty to do what we ought.”[40]

NEW YORK (WABC) — A flash of cameras greeted New York’s Catholic leader as he left his residence in Midtown to begin a week-long spiritual journey that culminates with his elevation to cardinal next Saturday at the Vatican.
Cardinal-designate Timothy Dolan knows the next several days will be a whirlwind of activity.
“To tell you the truth, I’ll be kind of relieved maybe to get back to normal after all the excitement and all the company and all the good wishes and it will be kind of good to get back to normal,” Dolan said.

The two men whom Henry had murdered were famous throughout Europe as friends of Erasmus, as authors of book published on the Continent, and for their brilliantly convincing writings in defence of the Catholic faith against Luther and other heretics. Europe’s most able scholars and theologians consulted them; churchmen of exalted rank praised them; princes honoured them and protested against their execution.

William Rastell, Sir Thomas More’s nephew, witnessed the martyrdom of Cardinal Fisher. Saint John, in a strong and very loud voice, spoke to the large crowd: “Christian people, I am come hither to die for the faith of Christ’s Catholic Church.” He asked for their prayers, and prayed, “God save the king and the realm, and hold His holy hand over it, and send the king a good counsel.” He knelt, said the Te Deum and some short prayers very devoutly, and laid his neck upon the block. His head was struck off on Tower Hill shortly after 10 a.m. on June 22, 1535.
His head was parboiled and set up on a pike on London Bridge as a warning to all of the consequences of treason. His body lay naked on the scaffold until 8 o’clock in the evening (some charitable onlookers in pity had covered his private parts with straw) when, at Henry VIII’s command, the guards threw his body contemptuously into a hastily dug shallow grave near the wall of a nearby church, All Hallows Barking, afterwards to be re-interred in Saint Peter ad Vincula within the Tower.
Cardinal Fisher had been convicted under the Act of Treasons passed in November 1534. Anyone who maliciously denied in thought, word, or action any of Henry’s titles-Parliament had named him Supreme Head of the Church in England two weeks before-was guilty of treason. Fisher, the only English bishop to do so, refused to swear to the Act of Supremacy. He had, in response to Henry’s request for private counsel, explained the impossibility of the King’s claim. When Richard Rich revealed this private counsel at the trial, Cardinal Fisher stated he had not spoken maliciously. His judges in Westminster Hall on June 17, 1535, told him that to deny the title was to deny it maliciously, the word “maliciously” in the Act being of no consequence whatsoever.

The Tower
Cardinal Fisher and Sir Thomas More had been imprisoned in the Tower on April 17, 1534, for refusing to take the Oath to the Act of Succession. This oath had required everyone to swear to its three clauses: that any heir of Henry and Anne Boleyn was a legitimate heir to the throne, a clause that both men could accept; that the marriage between Henry and Catherine of Aragon was null and void, and that the Bishop of Rome (as the Pope was designated in the Act) had no more authority or power in England than any other bishop. These latter two clauses John Fisher and Thomas More could not and did not accept.

This blog’s primary thrust is to note the negative impact of Islam & Secular Humanism on true civilizations. Other topics are touched upon. I am a retired civil servant, with a strong interest in history, science fiction and with hobbies of making jewelry and irritating the editors of my local paper.

White House Chief of Staff Jacob Lew said Sunday the Obama administration has no plans to compromise further on its controversial mandate that religious organizations provide contraception services in their employee insurance plans.

McLEAN, Va. — A Muslim convert from Brooklyn who ran a website that posted threats against the creators of the television show “South Park” is expected to enter a federal guilty plea, his attorney said Wednesday.
Jesse Curtis Morton, also known as Younus Abdullah Mohammad, was charged last year with communicating threats and has been in custody since he was arrested in Morocco in October.
A plea agreement hearing in U.S. District Court in Alexandria has been scheduled for Thursday. Morton’s lawyer, James Hundley, confirmed Morton will plead to three counts, including conspiracy and communicating threats. Each count will carry a maximum sentence of 5 years, Hundley said.
Last year, another operator of the Revolution Muslim website, Zachary Chesser, was sentenced to 25 years in prison. He admitted he posted threats against the “South Park” creators for an episode that supposedly defamed the prophet Muhammad.

KUALA LUMPUR (Feb 12, 2012) : Saudi citizen Mohamad Najeeb A. Kashgari, better known as Hamza Kashgari, who allegedly posted blasphemous tweets on Prophet Muhammad’s birthday, was deported back to his country hours before his lawyers managed to get a High Court injunction to stop the deportation.

President Obama is trying to accommodate Catholic bishops on birth control, but at CPAC, Republican presidential candidates still ranted about his assault on religion.

Rick Santorum said the proposed mandate requiring all employers, including religious organizations, to provide insurance coverage for contraceptives is the kind of coercion that threatens religious freedom. Santorum’s remarks were restrained compared to what he had to say at a gathering in Texas on Wednesday. There, he accused progressives of trying to “oppress people of faith.”

“They are taking faith and crushing it.,” he said. “Why?

Yikes.

The alarmist histrionics of these men who would be president are now so routine that reporters covering the campaign stifle yawns when the red-meat rhetoric kicks in. Average voters who are just now tuning into the campaign may react differently. Newt Gingrich told CPAC that conservatives know the real Obama “and we should make sure the country knows who he really is.” More likely, most Americans, who have a pretty good sense of who Obama is, are starting to wonder if the Republican candidates actually believe the wild things they are saying about the president.

On the birth control mandate, the candidates look a lot more like political opportunists reaching for a new means of attack than honest defenders of religious freedom.

It is a now-well-known fact that 28 states already have laws guaranteeing employer-provided coverage for birth control. The rules vary from state to state, but, one way or another, women who work for Catholic hospitals, universities and other church-run services in those states must be provided insurance that gives them access to contraceptives if they so choose. It’s a pretty straightforward issue of labor law that, despite the ire and bombast, has not caused church walls to crumble or priests to be sent to the chopping block.

The Obama administration goofed up by failing to anticipate the harsh reaction of the Catholic hierarchy to the new federal rule. After all, it would spread the mandate to all 50 states with exemptions drawn more narrowly than in many of the current state statutes. The president is moving quickly to remedy the misstep by putting the onus on the insurance companies to pay for birth control on any policy. That should put enough distance in the deal between the employer and the employee to mollify the bishops.

The Catholic Church has survived for centuries by making such face-saving deals with governments. As long as the principle of church opposition to birth control can be maintained, the fact that women employed by Catholic organizations will be able to get contraceptives by slightly different means will be overlooked. After all, the church fathers are already living with the reality that nearly all American Catholic women – with the notable exception of Rick Santorum’s wife – ignore Vatican teachings and use birth control. So, the church will move on. Church doors will still be open on Sundays and church hospitals, universities and social services will still be in business. But don’t expect conservatives to let this issue go as easily.

The excesses of right-wing talk radio have infected Republican campaign tactics and rhetoric. At gatherings like CPAC, apocalyptic talk is expected, even demanded. For conservatives, it is not enough to say the Obama administration was insensitive to church concerns, it must be called a war on religion. There is a risk in doing this, of course. Democrats can play that game as well, and are already doing so by slamming Republicans for trying to drag women back to the days before the Pill

“Permission to fight (against disbelievers) is given to those (believers) who are fought against, because they have been wronged and surely, Allah is Able to give them (believers) victory” [Quran 22:39]

2) The second thing we call you to, is to stop your oppression, lies, immorality and debauchery that has spread among you.
(a) We call you to be a people of manners, principles, honour, and purity; to reject the immoral acts of fornication, homosexuality, intoxicants, gambling’s, and trading with interest.
We call you to all of this that you may be freed from that which you have become caught up in; that you may be freed from the deceptive lies that you are a great nation, that your leaders spread amongst you to conceal from you the despicable state to which you have reached.
(b) It is saddening to tell you that you are the worst civilization witnessed by the history of mankind:
(i) You are the nation who, rather than ruling by the Shariah of Allah in its Constitution and Laws, choose to invent your own laws as you will and desire. You separate religion from your policies, contradicting the pure nature which affirms Absolute Authority to the Lord and your Creator. You flee from the embarrassing question posed to you: How is it possible for Allah the Almighty to create His creation, grant them power over all the creatures and land, grant them all the amenities of life, and then deny them that which they are most in need of: knowledge of the laws which govern their lives?

iv) You are a nation that permits acts of immorality, and you consider them to be pillars of personal freedom.
Is there a worse kind of event for which your name will go down in history and remembered by nations?
(v) You are a nation that permits gambling in its all forms. The companies practice this as well, resulting in the investments becoming active and the criminals becoming rich.
(vi) You are a nation that exploits women like consumer products or advertising tools calling upon customers to purchase them. You use women to serve passengers, visitors, and strangers to increase your profit margins. You then rant that you support the liberation of women.
(vii) You are a nation that practices the trade of sex in all its forms, directly and indirectly. Giant corporations and establishments are established on this, under the name of art, entertainment, tourism and freedom, and other deceptive names you attribute to it.
(viii) And because of all this, you have been described in history as a nation that spreads diseases that were unknown to man in the past. Go ahead and boast to the nations of man, that you brought them AIDS as a Satanic American Invention.

Archbishop Dolan VS Full Natural Law
Archbishop Timothy Dolan has (Again?) addressed the matter of Natural Law as basic
to respect-for-life (A). Yet, he (And so many others within and without the Church) inflict the same platitudes on use and avoid the “hard questions” as to Natural Law.

Those (eg Archbishop Timothy Dolan) who present “glittering generalities” about the above noted subjects should be prepared AND should be required to address the following questions and points.
1. Does, in fact, Natural Law strictly allow the innocent to protect themselves against the attacks of the unjust?
2. Does the absence of such civil-or-military forces who are both able and willing to provide immediate-and-effective protection magnify that right to self-defense?
3. Does the absence of such immediate-and-effective government protection specially allow the innocent to have the means (ie Modern firearms and other weapons) to enforce the Natural Law right to self-defense?
4. Does that right stop at the first hesitation of the criminal-attacker OR extent to the prevention of such attacks in the immediate future? At some longer interval when the attacker has clearly indicted an intent to continue such attacks?
5. Does Natural Law extend a right OR duty to protect the innocent against like criminal attacks?
6. Does Natural Law (As understood by the Church) allow for the use of deadly force to protect the lives of innocent others?
7. Does the Church admit that Islam’s teachings, goals and methods all combine to encourage, if not command (As the expressed will of the Allah of the followers of the false prophet Mohammed), murder, rape, banditry, genocide, suppression of all true religions and of all other ideologies as well as that of all women and all Non-Muslims?
8. Does the Church still accept or now deny the validity of the teachings of that “Doctor Of The Church, St. Bernard Of Clairvaux (In his De Laude Militae Novae; E.), that it is sometimes necessary, if not required, that the faithful “Strike (Deadly) Blows For Christ”—If, and only if, the Christian warrior is without selfish or illicit motives? In doing so we would be “Good Shepherds”.
