Above is a photograph taken by my mother, Rosemary, of her three eldest children, Mark, Jon, and Christine. Vicki is not in the picture that Rosemary had us pose for, because she wanted a trophy of MY accomplishments. On the wall is a painting I did when I was twelve years old that was chosen to tour the world in a Red Cross show. This beautiful painting is what Rosemary wanted to capture, she wanting proof that HER children were of some worth, and, might amount to something. We being Vic’s children, cast doubt on our worth, our mother letting us know it was all she could do to not put us up for adoption, she in a rage that she got stuck with us, she barely able to feed and house us, thus – WE OWED HER! My painting was – PAY BACK! Rosemary OWNED US! She vicariously lived through us and claimed all our accomplishments – after all – she gave birth to us! We were extensions of her. I got all my talent from her – or so she claimed!
I filed a claim in Christine Rosamond Benton’s probate to keep Lawrence Chazen from being the No. 1 creditor because he tried to be the Executor. Andrew Cuomo accused Chazen and his buddy of being loan predators. My gifted dead sister – OWED CHAZEN. I wanted control of the Artistic Legacy I began. I did not care about the money. The executor ignored me and gave legal permission for Stacey Pierrot to write a book about my family, and turn it into a movie! We became Pierrot’s trophies – and slaves – due to a DEBT!
At Christine’s funeral, a very wealthy man surnamed Green, gave me a menacing look. Because he flies his own jet, I wondered if he was Philip Green, who took over the retail garment industry of Britain. Philip is a Jew, so is Chazen and Samuel de Mattos. How are these three men connected? Samuel sells used weaving looms, that once made clothes, that Rosamond became famous for in her rendering of fashionable women – that she mass produced! This has much to do with the Scarlet Wool and the Jubilee Scapegoat. Chazen and Green are experts at TAX AVOIDENCE that will cause the end of Social programs that help the poor, in order to balance the budget.
Jesus was a humble carpenter.
I am calling for a religious Jubilee observance! One could say the greed of these men has caused the world economy to collapse. How many times have I written “repent”?

I am a member in good standing of the State Bar of California and an attorney
on record for 50% interest in Shannon Rosamond. In my 16 years as a member of
the State Bar California, I have never experienced a more deliberate fraud on
any court or more reckless and calculated attempt to fraudulently take control
of a probate estate at the exclusion of the lawful heirs and total manipulation
of a tester’s intent that the present efforts of Attorney’s Robin Beare,
Lawrence J. Chazen and Garth Benton, the descendants former spouse.”
“Over the specific argument of Ms. Beare, Judge Silver refused to appoint Mr.
Chazen. Neither Ms. Beare nor Mr. Chazen disclosed to the court the very
critical fact that Mr. Chazen has the largest single creditor’s claim against
the estate and is a former business partner and business associate of Garth
Benton who the court had removed as Special Administer just moments before.”
Barnabas 7:11
But what meaneth it, that they place the wool in the midst of the thorns? It is
a type of Jesus set forth for the Church, since whosoever should desire to take
away the scarlet wool it behoved him to suffer many things owing to the terrible
nature of the thorn, and through affliction to win the mastery over it. Thus, He
saith, they that desire to see Me, and to attain unto My kingdom, must lay hold
on Me through tribulation and affliction.”
Now some of the Jews thought that the destruction of Herod’s army came from God as a just punishment of what Herod had done against John, who was called the Baptist. For Herod had killed this good man, who had commanded the Jews to exercise virtue, righteousness towards one another and piety towards God. For only thus, in John’s opinion, would the baptism he administered be acceptable to God, namely, if they used it to obtain not pardon for some sins but rather the cleansing of their bodies, inasmuch as it was taken for granted that their souls had already been purified by justice.
Machaerus
Now many people came in crowds to him, for they were greatly moved by his words. Herod, who feared that the great influence John had over the masses might put them into his power and enable him to raise a rebellion (for they seemed ready to do anything he should advise), thought it best to put him to death. In this way, he might prevent any mischief John might cause, and not bring himself into difficulties by sparing a man who might make him repent of it when it would be too late.
Accordingly John was sent as a prisoner, out of Herod’s suspicious temper, to Macherus, the castle I already mentioned, and was put to death. Now the Jews thought that the destruction of his army was sent as a punishment upon Herod, and a mark of God’s displeasure with him.
Excessive pay
Green has fallen under criticism for taking excessive pay, earned through his shareholdings in Arcadia. In 2005, he declared a dividend in Arcadia, in which he had a holding of 92% of the shares. This meant he earned £1.2 billion in a single year. Green defended himself by saying, “So far as I’m concerned we are in the risk business. We risk our reputation and our money when we buy things. We don’t have a guarantee on the back we can get a refund when we haven’t got it right.”[30]
[edit] Worker rights
Arcadia has been criticised for the pay and conditions of both overseas and UK workers by anti-sweatshop groups such as Labour Behind the Label, No Sweat and the student activist network People & Planet.[31] Sir Philip Green denied Sunday Times allegations in 2007 that his firm used overseas sweatshops where workers in Mauritius were paid pitiful wages.[32] In 2010, Sir Philip was again accused, this time by Channel 4’s Dispatches programme of still using sweatshops – in Britain, where workers were paid less than half the legal minimum wage.[33]
[edit] Involvement in government cuts
On 29 November 2010, following protests against university fee rises and cuts, protesters occupied the flagship Oxford Street branch of Topshop, to highlight Green’s involvement in the government spending cuts. They chanted “Philip Green’s taxation could pay for education”. Similar protests and occupations were set up at several stores owned by Mr. Green, including Manchester, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Liverpool, Leicester, York, Bristol, Portsmouth, Southampton, Newcastle and Cambridge. Arcadia shops came under major attacks during the TUC March for the Alternative demonstration on 26 March 2011.[citation needed]
[edit] Personal style
Green has been criticised for what some see as an overly aggressive personal style. He has a reputation for colourful language[citation needed] and in 2003 made a string of expletive-laden outbursts to the Guardian’s financial editor, Paul Murphy. Mr Green said: “He can’t read English. Mind you, he is a fucking Irishman.” He later apologised to the Irish, after customers threatened to boycott his stores.[34]
Green came to public attention in 1999 when he assisted Tina Green to make a £9-billion hostile bid for Marks and Spencer (M&S). However, the leaking of the bid forced up M&S’s share price. The board of M&S were also hostile to the bid and sought to block it. Eventually Green gave up and helped his wife purchase the ailing retail chain British Home Stores for £200 million. His takeover came when everyone else had dismissed the company as a failing brand and unfixable. Green put up £50 million of his own money and borrowed another £150 million to seal the deal. Green completely turned the company around and the chain is now[when?] thought to be worth over £1.2 billion. Since Green took over, profits have tripled to over £200 million per year.[citation needed]
Next, Green assisted Tina Green in the purchase the Arcadia Group, which owns well-known High Street chains such as Burton, Dorothy Perkins, Evans, Miss Selfridge, Outfit, Topshop/Topman and Wallis in 2002. The company was briefly owned by Green but sold to Tina Green [6] within 24 hours, with Philip acting as CEO.
The Arcadia Group has been profitable, and currently has pre-tax profits of around £380 million per year.
Noble Corporation Board Approves Proposed Change in Place of Incorporation
SUGAR LAND, Texas, Dec. 19 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ — Noble Corporation(NYSE: NE) announced today its Board of Directors has approved changing the place of incorporation of the publicly traded parent of the Noble group of companies from the Cayman Islands to Switzerland. The Company’s shareholders will be asked to vote to approve the proposed change at a shareholders’ meeting, which Noble expects will be called in the near future.
If approved by shareholders, Noble expects the change of the place of incorporation to be effective as soon as practicable following review and approval by the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands, which could occur in early 2009. The reincorporation would be achieved by merging Noble Corporation, the current Cayman Islands parent company, with a newly formed Cayman Islands subsidiary of the new Swiss parent company.
Noble Corporation’s Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer, David W. Williamssaid, “After careful consideration, our Board of Directors has concluded that a change of place of incorporation to Switzerland is in the best interests of Noble’s shareholders and customers. Switzerland’s stable commercial and financial environment and its well-established tax regime will help us to maintain our competitive position in the global marketplace.”
Upon completion of the transaction, the Noble parent company will continue to be subject to U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) reporting requirements, and its shares will be listed exclusively on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “NE”, the Company’s current trading symbol.
“At this point, we are continuing to evaluate whether relocating our corporate headquarters to Switzerland would be in Noble’s best interest and the best interests of our shareholders,” added Williams. “If we conclude that relocation is appropriate, we could begin to move personnel at any time, either before or after we conclude the transaction.”
Full details of the transactions, and the associated benefits and risks, will be provided in the Company’s proxy statement with respect to the shareholders’ meeting.

Newsom’s annual income from 1996 to 2001 topped $439,000 per year, according to tax returns he provided. Most of it came in wages and dividends from the same Getty-backed concerns.
– Newsom’s 2000 income ballooned to more than $1.3 million thanks to an $844,000 profit he made on the sale of a Pacific Heights house he bought with Getty’s help, the returns show.
– A Getty trust paid Newsom $169,000 for investment advice from 1997-2000, Newsom said.
– When the family-owned Getty Images photographic business took its stock public in 1996, Newsom was in on the initial public offering, buying $10,000 worth. Since then, he has made $60,900 profit on trades of the stock, the tax returns show.

OAKLAND — The lender and loan broker embroiled in controversy over the
threatened eviction of a 78-year-old Oakland widow denounced unscrupulous
lending practices, but insisted there was none in their case.
In separate interviews, broker Charles H. Oliver Jr. and San Francisco investor
Lawrence Chazen angrily objected to the cross-fire of publicity and politics
surrounding a 4-year-old loan to Mattie Aikens and her son Wilbert. Oliver and
Chazen said they’ve been the target of abusive telephone calls. Oliver operates
Homeowners Resources Corp. of Hayward along with his wife and partner, Cindy
Oliver. The Olivers said they are outraged that U.S. Department of Housing and
Urban Development officials publicly said, before investigating, that they
believed Aikens’ case was an example of predatory lending practices. He compared
himself to Richard Jewell, widely suspected of planting a bomb during the
Olympics in Atlanta until the Justice Department conceded it lacked sufficient
evidence.
“It is so akin to that situation, it is ridiculous,” said Oliver, sifting
through 2-inch-thick files of paperwork he reviewed with The Examiner on
Saturday.
Aikens borrowed $160,000 in 1993 to fix a leaking roof and aging foundation,
among other repairs. Wilbert Aikens, then 60, co-signed the loan, but both now
say they did not fully understand the terms. The 12-month loan, which Homeowners
Resources sold to Chazen a month after it was authorized, called for $1,800
monthly payments, including a $162,000 final balloon payment because of the
payment rate and interest. The Aikens say they did not expect the balloon
payment or that they might have to refinance at the end of the year, although
the loan document clearly stated the terms.
Tried to renegotiate loan
HUD began examining the loan papers last week after Aikens filed a fair housing
complaint alleging she was the victim of predatory lending because terms of the
loan were not sufficiently explained and because she was singled out as an
elderly widow and a minority. Aikens, who is African American, had almost paid
off the home when she took out the loan. She was scheduled to be evicted this
Thursday because she did not pay off or refinance the loan when the total amount
became due after one year.
Last Thursday, Chazen agreed to give her two more months to try to refinance the
loan or come up with $250,000 to buy back the house.”I think there’s a real
problem that (HUD) is trying to solve, but that this loan does not fall within
the problem,” Chazen said Friday.
“Media being misled’ “I think the media is being misled, and I think there are a
lot of political overtones from both local attorneys and politicians in
Washington,” he said. Chazen, 55, said he is uncomfortable evicting a
78-year-old grandmother, and said he knows “it’s not a flattering position to be
in.””How do I feel about it? I feel like I have to take this whole thing in
stride. I feel sorry for her,” he said Friday as he sat in the living room of
his Russian Hill home.
Chazen and Oliver say Aikens’ family made written promises to help make the
payments, which is why Oliver agreed to the loan. Only Wilbert Aikens co-signed
the loan, however.
Getting family members to help finance the loan is not uncommon and is even
encouraged by some HUD programs for low-income homeowners and seniors, Oliver
said.
Bankruptcy papers filed by Aikens show that she was receiving a total of $2,355
monthly from three of her children in addition to $1,000 income from Social
Security and her late husband’s pension – more than enough to make the $1,800
monthly payments, Oliver and Chazen contend.
Oliver said the balloon payment could have easily been refinanced if the family
had resolved a dispute with the contractor.
A beef that got out of control
Jamerson filed a lien against the house in 1994, preventing them from
refinancing the loan.”This whole thing is a beef with the contractor that got
way out of control,” said Cindy Oliver.
Chazen said he has allowed the family plenty of time to gather the money and is
only now forcing the eviction because he wants to recover what he can of his
investment. He said Aikens’ children should step forward with the cash as they
promised and pay off the loan or get another one. “If the children do not live
up to their responsibility and help her get a conventional loan, I will have to
evict her,” Chazen said. “That’s what I think is going to happen. I hope it
doesn’t come to that, but it probably will.”
